Not sure if the gal that was making our ice cream had a bad day or not, but she was also the person that rung us up.. She was very rude.. "Dan I'll take customer service for 500 please" cause it needs work ??♂️

There was a very polite worker named Tyler who was very professional and gave very good service. He is the only reason I am giving 5 stars.If I were rating this place on any other factors this rating would be different.

Worst service I've ever seen. 3 employees and a manager and couldn't make more than one item at a time. And I don't mean one item each. Go to third floor.

Refrigeration stank terribly in front of the store, ended up with nuts and brownie mixed into my Berry Berry Good so obviously workers aren't cleaning surfaces properly. Not the best experience, I'd stick to the 3rd floor location.

I had the cake batter flavored shake which was GOOD. Not too sweet which is usually the case for cake flavors for me. My kids had the smallest size bowl of cotton candy icecream

We stopped here a little awhile ago, right after they opened. That seemed to be the best time, as there is always a line, even 10 minutes after they opened for the day. Of course since we were the first ones to visit, we pretty much knew what we wanted. I had decided on the birthday cake shake. It seems that I get my ice cream in liquid form, and I don't have to worry about making a mess at all. Of course once I ordered it took like 3 or 4 minutes to get my shake. Not only were they quick, but they were really nice and friendly as well. It would be fun to go back again sometime.

Stopped here a little while ago, right when the mall first opened. This was the best time, to visit this location, as there really wasn't any line. I have been to the mall on several occasions before, and there always seemed to be a line of like 10 people. I know it probably wasn't a long wait, but I usually like to avoid a short or long line if I can. Of course even though I was like the first one in our group to order, I pretty much knew what I wanted after like 30 seconds. I chose the birthday cake shake, as to me an ice cream shake really hits the spot, and there really is no mess to clean up when I am done. Of course the flavor really does taste like birthday cake and it is also real creamy as well. Of course during our whole visit, the employees were really friendly, and also cool to chat with as well.

i love me some cold stone creamery but unfortunately the service wasn't the best here. They got my order wrong and charged us an extra ice cream. BUT the cake batter ice cream and cookie dough mix in (my go to) was amazing as usual! I'll definitely be back even with the mix ups. Accidents happen and it was a little busy!

Reached 10 mins before they were closing but still did not serve. They were serving other customers who were already there. They could have allowed one more scoop before closing. Disappointing.
