“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”

“I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.”
“Well, I have mixed feelings about the store.
I love their products quality and customer service in general. However, today Sat 27 around 1pm when I visited the store to do returns and pick ups, I encountered a very annoying clerk. She was in pinky/red scarf/ head cover and she kept walking around me reminding me of keeping an eye on my toddlers. She scolded my older son for touching the fashion accessory items although the things were still nicely resting on the hangers. Totally I had to say sorry to her 3 times, yes, 3 times, while I was busy with the return and pick up process, yeah, and buying one new order. Fortunately I was patiently helped by a curly hair clerk and her senior. The curly haired young lady was very patient and talked to me with a smile all the time though I was a little bit messy with 6 orders as I used different accounts to place orders for the benefit of new customer discount. I was so mad with the lady in scarf/ head cover and intended to walk out the store without making a new purchase but on the second thought, i still want to be a loyal customer of this store.

“I was looking for matching shirts for me and my eight-year-old son. They had the size in stock for my son, which was great. We were able to try it on and ensure that it fit before we left. However, the larger sizes it appears they never have in stock, which they need to address. However, the gal that was assisting me (newer employee) was very nice and assisted me in ordering the shirt to match my sons. It was shipped to my house free of charge, which is honestly how it should be if they’re not gonna stock the item. Shipping was super fast. I wanted this for our family vacation in Florida in two weeks and I was advised the shirt would arrive in plenty of time. The shirt arrived in three days!! Outstanding service, outstanding quality, you get what you pay for! Great staff! This was a return visit and I will be back once again.”
