You need more pharmacy help. It is not just today. When you have a minute clinic and get a prescription it is a long wait to get it. It is not " minute fills". If I am sick and already there then I need my pills while I am there. Please do not make me come back. Filled prescriptions piled up in baskets not put in filled bins by alphabet and staff scrambling to find your pills. Four staff not enough. The guy there is great but not sure if he is pharmacist or just help staff but name is Scott. Great selection of seasonal items and cosmetics

I'm not sure why this CVS has such a low rating. I always come here to pick up my wife & I's refill prescriptions. They have been nothing, but kind to me. I have no complaints. I'm always in and out of here in under 10-15 minutes. Although a lot of things seem to be misplaced throughout the store, it's to be expected considering that it is a convenience store after all. My wife and I get our annual flu shots here every time because the employees here have been great. Thank you.

TERRIBLE customer service, couldn't even be bothered to pretend to care about helping me

Not sure why there are such bad reviews. Compared to all the other pharmacies I have dealt with this staff seems to be by far the most friendly and helpful. I have had zero issues. Would recommend.

If you ever have a choice between this CVS and someone else go somewhere else. Bad help is easy to find, and CVS found a whole bunch of P*** help. The millennials even though are some pharmacists. They are book smart and Brain Dead Humans. I would give them 0 stars but can't. Close the store down. I won't do business with CVS anymore.

Went back three times for my prescriptions and each time they told me "25 minutes". What a joke this place is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Prescriptions are never ready when they should be, even on auto refill and if they do happen to be ready I am never notified. I understand they have other priorities but it's not acceptable to allow customers to run out of medications because you don't have time to get to them. I'm referring to blood pressure meds, something that is crucial to someone who needs them. I've now been on hold for almost 30 minutes hoping to find out if they are ready today or if I'll drive there only to be told to come back the next day like they did last time. Their web and app were no help either, only says "in progress ". I would change pharmacy but my insurance company has me locked down to CVS. Guess we know who their real customer is now.

Would give this zero starts if possible! Literally the WORST customer service ever. The pharmacy is HORRIBLE and they don't know how to speak to people. Don't even try to call with a question they'll give you a number that DOES NOT WORK.

Went in to see the (most likely) same aforementioned blonde, short-haired lady and was "diagnosed" with bronchitis only to to go home and spread the flu to my whole family, including 5 month old baby. Went in again at later date (bc my pediatrician was full) with baby for a skin issue and the same blonde short-haired lady decided to go to lunch after we waited 20 mins (20 mins before posted lunch hour time). Apparently, they do not see infants under 18 months old any way, but she seemed way too pleased with telling me that after waiting that long only to be sent away. Useless but lesson learned! If you have ANY other option, go with that instead!!!!

Went in to the CVS with 30 min left before they closed and the short haired older blonde lady said a visit would be 25 min and that she wouldn't see me because of the time frame. It's ok, only have a 103 temp and haven't been able to hold down food. If you're sick, do not go to this place. Would be no stars but Yelp won't allow that.
