Edit: I am glad I bought my parka in 2020, because they substantially increased in cost since, and with climate change, we only had one weekend cold enough to wear it last winter. If you're putting money down on a parka this costly, you should have a lifetime membership to use the subzero room when it's scorching hot (the woman at the register did NOT have a sense of humor about this suggestion).
I had such a great experience buying my Canada Goose Chilliwack bomber jacket in Atlantic Navy. I had picked out the one that I wanted and I had it narrowed down to two colors - they had the navy in my size and I made the right choice. I also got to test it out in the subzero room (I would love it if you could use this room in the summer). It is such a warm winter coat that it rarely gets cold enough for me to wear it, even in Minnesota.

I have purchased $10,000 worth of apparel: jackets, sweaters, gloves, caps and vests from Canada Goose at the Mall of America store. Seven days ago I purchased a parka for $1600 for my 82 year old father, who has a ventricular assist device with a battery pack on his chest. He loved it when he tried it on and I helped him with the zipper. Yesterday he tried to put it on himself to walk his dog and could not operate the zipper because of his batteries. We tried to return the parka and was told there were no tags so they would not take it back. We called customer service in Canada who said it is up to the discretion of the store manager, who was the one who denied our return. I am shocked that they would not take the parka back or exchange, and I am no longer a loyal Canada Goose consumer given this extremely distasteful experience. I will never go in the store again as I feel they are not interested in their customers’ satisfaction, only profits!

Spent $1400 on winter coat for spouse. They have limited color option in store and the in store lighting set up does not show the true color. They will force u to pick a color they have in stock with a promise to check it out at home and under natural light and when u bring it back if u didnt like it for any reason they will find an excuse NOT to take it back for full refund or for an exchange. DO NOT BUY unless you are 100% sure and have 0% chance of returning or bringing it back for any reason. Best option is to try it out at the store and then buy it online. Through their website they will take it back for a full refund or exchange. Such a great brand but really rough and inexperienced crew at the Mall Of America store.

I am standing outside in this awful Minnesota frigid weather, and I am sweating. Yes they are expensive, but the quality is so worth it!! Service was admittedly hit or miss. The first two times I went it was meh... To the point that I wasn't sure I wanted to return BUT!! V was incredibly helpful so this review is for V. I cannot say enough good things about him!! He listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions for styles I hadn’t even considered, and was really knowledgeable about the brand! Thank you V for your wonderful, KIND service. Highly recommend!

Bought a jacket as a gift. Tried to return it, unworn, tag still on it. They asked why and I said they didn't like it, it was a xmas gift and only tried on on the porch, it wasn't warm enough. They said that means it was worn outside, won't take the return. Like others say, they are trying not to let people return. Now what? Can't even refuse the charge, I have to sell it on ebay for a loss. Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy this brand, they are not professional. Public company who doesn't care about customers, only the bottom line.

2 issues. 1) the jackets are completely temperature rated wrong. No way to tighten the waist to keep warmth in 2) the sales rep did not know environmental facts on the product. 3) the customer service is horrible post purchase. They would not take my return, had not been used and still within turn time frame. It looked like they were refusing other returns as others were complaining. Buyer beware, don’t buy. Over priced for not a great customer service. Looks good but that only goes so far. After seeing others and my own experience, my guess is they are going under or in serious financial trouble. No company should treat customers like this, they're taking desperate measures.

The products look good but be careful. In line with other reviewers, I watched them turn away people angry about trying to return within their time frame, unused. Others there were saying the store manager is tasked at refusing returns. Their customer service is horrible. This is a fashion statement, it's not a functional one or an eco friendly one.

Great store with excellent customer service. I didn’t experience anything bad like other reviews mention. The product quality is worth it for winter gear. Definitely worth purchasing from this store versus online and other retailers for Canada Goose gear.

My wife and i went there on nov 4th 2022.Had the pleasure of meeting Montgomery.I believe thats her name.what a wonderful young lady.She fit me up in a parka and matching hat.She was more than kind,pleasurable, with a wonderful personality. I wasnt sure about buying when i walked in the store.were from toledo ohio.But after talking to Montgomery about things.I had to buy from her.Thank you Kevin and Sandy
