Walked in to buy the medium vintage check and leather crossbody bag and was NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED!!! Went to Nordstrom’s and bought instead. I don’t know how they’ll stay open if they continue with this type of customer service.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience in the Burberry store at Mall of America. I visited the store with my children in search of a gift, but we were unable to find anything that was exciting. When we exited the store, the male shop attendant made a comment that was inappropriate and highly embarrassing for me and my children. Something to the effect: "They always run away when she see the prices" Although I was tempted to confront him, I chose to remain composed in order to avoid any further issues. While I have no qualms with the brand itself, I feel that its staff could benefit from additional customer service training.

Came at 7 pm on a Friday and the place was fully closed. People inside did not acknowledge me whatsoever even though the hours say 9 pm??

My experience exceeded my expectations. I needed to make an exchange and after reading some of the reviews, was quite frankly, not looking forward to it. I couldn't have been more pleased with Karen and the girl( young blonde and I'm sorry I didn't get her name) that actually took care of the exchange. Customer service above and beyond but what you'd expect from Burberry. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I went here to inquire about a product and the sales lady acted like I wanted to steal it. Very classist and unwelcoming. Save your time buy your Burberry online or from another place.

Absolute delightful customer service experience. WHO I MET: Right from the get go the environment is very professional and caring. I was coming in to get my card holder repaired and the employees here saw to it that I was helped right away. Kudos to Karen who does q fantastic job. KAREN: Karen was so great, she feels family friendly and is very informative in what she does here. Not only did she treat me well but she also talked to me about the history of Burberry. The next I come in here I will be asking for Karen as she is just fantastic

Came here earlier in the spring, looking to get a trench coat. Here I met a wonderful guy by the name Jordan Wigg (his card information is attached to this review). What I loved about Jordan is that he was helpful. I couldn't decide between what color and what size to get. So he provided great insights on what he thinks and what he's heard from other customers. Not only that but as a young lady who's still in college, he treated me as an equal. He didn't ignore me. He answered every question I had. He provided great insight and information to help me decide on a great trench coat to buy. He treated me as if I had the same amount of money as anyone else. Now, I've had some bad experiences at some other places like Valentino, Prada, Nordstrom, etc. where they completely ignore me because they deemed me as someone who "doesn't have the money to buy designer and higher end products" just because of my looks and/or age. But it's not all about looks or my age. Because of him and what he did, I bought the trench coat right then and there that day. I expressed how thankful I was that he treated me like a normal person. Since then, I'm loving my trench coat and I could not be any more happier with my purchase. So Jordan if you read and see this, Thank you!

I personally think this location makes shopping fun , because I really don’t be knowing what Iwant when I go there lol , they don’t force or pressure you to buy and they are very attentive to your needs . There’s a sales associate here who calls me whenever something new comes that fits my style :) ...

Bad customer service!I purchased a coat and scarf for my wife at another store but she needed some alterations. The level of customer service received makes me regret the purchase. For the price you are better off going somewhere else.

The employees are very rude and disrespectful, as for they look at you dirty for being dressed in cheap / affordable clothes. I didn't even feel comfortable walking into the store (so I didn't.) Don't give your money to this shop as they are very rude and judgemental, find a better Burberry and don't ever buy from this one!

Staff are extremely judgmental and mean. If you don’t dress like you’re rich, be prepared to get dirty looks and rude condescending comments. Came in to buy a pair of sunglasses and left empty handed feeling angry and disappointed. Don’t go to this location.
