I have been banking here for nearly 40 years. I have always had great service. Rachel is great! She is professional and helps me to get what I need. The only issue is the continuance of increasing charges.

This branch has stepped up lately and the staff has been doing well there. Can't say the same about Eden Prairie.

Remember when banks offered amazing service? Came to BMO to get change made from larger bills. Was told that their policy is that they will not offer any services unless you open an account with them. Leads me to believe that they’ll nickel and dime you once you do have an account.

Other than Stephanie and Rachel expect poor service! I’ve moved thousands of dollars and will move more. Their financial experts only want their bonuses Run!

After waiting for a car in front of me at 3:59 the tellers decided to pull their curtain with the closed sign on instead of helping me at exactly 4:00 . Don’t bother if you expect any customer service

Each interaction is unhelpful, lacking follow up, or misses critical information. Money transfer challenges, various atm issues and unhelpful managers. It's time to find another bank.

In all of my years I have never experienced such an incredibly unprofessional bank staff. I called literally to get clarification on policy regarding banking as power of attorney and banking for that person. I literally had the branch manager hang up the phone on me and mid sentence. When I called back thinking that that had with been a horrible mistake they proceeded to pick up the phone and hang it up. Each time I called back they picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a single word. The level of unprofessionalism needs to be heard by corporate and I hope corporate reads these reviews. I hope they take it to heart that even if BMO Harris Bank possibly could have gained a new customer they definitely lost me and they lost any and everyone I know. Hopefully they have a better day at work and they don't continuously lose more and more customers for this bank because judging by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I would not trust this bank with any of my money whatsoever.

Bad service from a teller named Rachel Sasther, very snippy and wasn't very helpful. Thinking about switching banks.

Suzanne worked with my wife and I over a long period of time to unravel our home deed. Our home mortgage had been sold and resold during the early 2000's by various mortgage companies. Suzanne kept working and working till our title was clear. She is the best person in banking that I have ever worked with. On top of all else she is also a wonderful person to know.

Been there since 1990, when it was Richfield Bank, sold to M & I Bank, sold to BMO Harris Bank. Don't go there. Incompetent staff that totally screwed up my transfer request multiple times. Poorly trained and led employees, some with painted hair. Not appropriate for a business setting, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE MANAGING MY MONEY! Constant staff turnover. Not open when I need them. Long waits on their phone banking help line (15 minutes most recently). Branch manager (of the week) fails to return voicemails. Just a crummy, poorly led, inadequately trained small bank that's been taken over by a big Canadian firm. Again, don't go there! There are many other far better banks in the Twin Cities that will respect you and your needs.

Absolute worst bank. Customer service is terrible. When I went in to close my account down they tried to sell me a mortgage... seriously... Now I've spent over an hour on the phone with them just trying to close a credit card. After an hour on the phone I got an automated message saying they could not complete the request because of a technical issue on their end... so now I have to go in on a Saturday to do it but wait they are only open for 3 hours on a Saturday and closed Sunday so now I have to go in on my lunch break on Monday. I can't believe anyone would ever bank with this company. This is the only review I've ever been compelled to write because I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this company. STAY AWAY
