My experience at Bloomington Subaru was outstanding. My sales consultant guided me to the perfect car that fit my needs and kept me informed before it arrived. She gave me a great tutorial of all the features when I picked up my car and I was pleased to use the Costco Auto Program through Bloomington Subaru.

Aidan and the service team helped identify a "sticky" problem.
My car battery was coated with a sticky substance causing malfunction. Tree buds that fell under the hood seemed to be the source of the stickiness. Once this substance was removed, the car worked fine.

They’re very good at their job. Walked in not wanting a new car, walked out brand new car. I’m still not totally sure how they managed but they did! Sam was probably one of the most amazing and thorough sales people I’ve ever met. He was so nice and well versed on each model in the Subaru fleet. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable and he got to know us! Truly top notch sales person.
As far as the rest of the experience it was great. Bryan the sales manager was very polite and checked in on us. Overall, see the team at Bloomington Subaru you won’t be disappointed you did.
