My Tesla's controller arm broke last week and I managed to pull the car into a parking lot next door to Autopia in Bloomington. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and, while I waited for a tow truck and dealt with the day's messy challenges, Will at Autopia was very gracious to let me handle everything from within their air conditioned office. Even though I didn't use Autopia for the repair (it was still under my Tesla warranty - thus, I was obligated to use the dealer), I have to say that once my warranty expires, I will definitely take my car to Autopia for regular maintenance. The example they showed in my hour of need, told me exactly what kind of people they are. I recommend them highly simply based on the way they treated me. I never forget a kindness. Great work on my car! Helped me dodge some sleezeball dealership types trying to put me over a barrel with issues that didn’t align with the presenting problem. Took 1 test drive to find the problem and 1 day to fix it. Highly recommend!

Not from around here but took a shot on these guys and i am so glad i did. Was running real sluggish and heating up. Thought i had huge problems but the folks at autopia diagnosed my car and it was only my oil pressure being off. So one oil change later im back on the road! Thanks autopia!

My Acura RDX was having some issues with the steering. I had taken it to a different shop and they could not figure the issue out. I brought it to autopia and the owner Nick along with a mechanic worked hard trying to diagnose the issue. They figured out that it was the rear differential fluid was bad and it needed to be replaced and that was the causing the steering issue.
It’s hard finding trustworthy auto shops and I’m so glad I chose autopia. They are honest and trustworthy. I can’t say enough great things about this shop! Plus you get a free car wash with every service including oil changes!

At MN Detail, we recently had a fantastic experience working with Autopia in Bloomington, MN. We had the pleasure of talking shop with both Will and Nick. Will's friendly and knowledgeable demeanor made the initial contact very smooth, and we appreciated his willingness to chat about our detailing services. Nick's communication was excellent – he promptly followed up after our conversation and scheduled a detailing service for a Volkswagen EOS.
The VW itself was in mildly soiled condition, as expected for a car getting prepped for sale. It was actually exciting to see it on their lot the very next day, listed for sale! We especially enjoyed the challenge of transforming the back seat – a common area that often needs some TLC.
The entire experience with Autopia was outstanding. Their team members were not only great communicators, but also humorous, kind, and friendly. It was a pleasure to collaborate with such a positive group! We would highly recommend Autopia to anyone looking for a reputable and professional auto shop in the Bloomington area.
