Brandon W was my advisor and I couldnāt of asked for someone so amazing and patient to help me through a bad situation (drunk driver hit my car) he guided me through each step, was there to explain the process in detail to me so I fully understood what was going on with my car. My car was completed in 4 days!!!! Unbelievable timing!! When I pulled off that lot, it was like pulling off the lot for the first time again!! Thank you Brandon and front staff ā¤ļøā
āI drive past this place almost every day on my way to work but had never really thought about buying a battery from them. My battery died in the parking lot of my job (right around the corner from Interstate), and I thought I could make it home with a harbor freight charger/jumper. I only made it about a mile when I realized it wasn't going to happen. I called Interstate half an hour before they closed and explained the situation, by the time I got there they already had the battery ready for me to purchase, 9 minutes until they closed. The battery that they sold me was much less expensive than I was quoted online from other stores, and $100 cheaper than AAA. The guy working the front counter was very friendly and explained all of the options that I had to choose from. From now on I will only buy batteries from Interstate.ā
āMy Tesla's controller arm broke last week and I managed to pull the car into a parking lot next door to Autopia in Bloomington. It was one of the hottest days of the summer, and, while I waited for a tow truck and dealt with the day's messy challenges, Will at Autopia was very gracious to let me handle everything from within their air conditioned office. Even though I didn't use Autopia for the repair (it was still under my Tesla warranty - thus, I was obligated to use the dealer), I have to say that once my warranty expires, I will definitely take my car to Autopia for regular maintenance. The example they showed in my hour of need, told me exactly what kind of people they are. I recommend them highly simply based on the way they treated me. I never forget a kindness. āLabor Day Monday. Arrived at our hotel and ran out to get gas. Flying out first thing in the morning and ended up with a flat tire. Was so fortunate to find Paco. He was just closing up shop and said he would wait for me to fix the tire. Did a fantastic job and quick. Very fair prices. Wish he had his business closer to our home, forever thankful. When my car stalled on a busy highway, I had it towed to Mattās Automotive because AAA said the business is āAAA approved.ā The staff could not have been nicer to me in such a stressful situation. They couldāve diagnosed anything as the problem(s) and easily taken advantage of me. Instead, they were extremely honest and ethical, and determined it was a simple cause and totally inexpensive solution. Iāll now go to Mattās Automotive for all of my car repairs, with total confidence in their honesty and competence.ā
