“I received a letter that said I could have the Takata air bag inflators in my Ford Mustang replaced as a mobile repair by Bloomington Lincoln. I called them, and even though they are over 20 miles away from me, they agreed to do the repair, and we agreed on a time. The morning of the repair, they called me, and explained that it would take them a little longer to arrive. The technician arrived in the revised agreed time window in a mobile repair van, and I gave him my car key. He replaced both air bag inflators in less than an hour. I inspected the car after the repair and found that there were no scratches, or other signs of damage on either the interior or exterior of the car. The car was never started or moved. Both the mobile service manager and service technician were courteous and pleasant to talk to, and the service technician did a great job.”
