“I drive past this place almost every day on my way to work but had never really thought about buying a battery from them. My battery died in the parking lot of my job (right around the corner from Interstate), and I thought I could make it home with a harbor freight charger/jumper. I only made it about a mile when I realized it wasn't going to happen. I called Interstate half an hour before they closed and explained the situation, by the time I got there they already had the battery ready for me to purchase, 9 minutes until they closed. The battery that they sold me was much less expensive than I was quoted online from other stores, and $100 cheaper than AAA. The guy working the front counter was very friendly and explained all of the options that I had to choose from. From now on I will only buy batteries from Interstate.”

“I am floored by the level of kindness and service at this location. I originally had an apt with Belzers for a recall, they were so rude on the phone with me, and couldn’t see me until October. I decided enough was enough with them and called Luther Kia Bloomington. Not only did they get my recall handled a month sooner, but they took me home through Lyft and back again through Lyft when my car was done. The people who work here go above and beyond and truly make you feel like they care. When I have service at Belzers, they will only take you home, they won’t get you back… which makes no sense, they have your car so how are you getting back? Luther Kia Bloomington has me coming back for sure, I’m just so dang impressed!!!”

“I received a letter that said I could have the Takata air bag inflators in my Ford Mustang replaced as a mobile repair by Bloomington Lincoln. I called them, and even though they are over 20 miles away from me, they agreed to do the repair, and we agreed on a time. The morning of the repair, they called me, and explained that it would take them a little longer to arrive. The technician arrived in the revised agreed time window in a mobile repair van, and I gave him my car key. He replaced both air bag inflators in less than an hour. I inspected the car after the repair and found that there were no scratches, or other signs of damage on either the interior or exterior of the car. The car was never started or moved. Both the mobile service manager and service technician were courteous and pleasant to talk to, and the service technician did a great job.”
