I love visiting here, the Arc Value Village Bloomington. I love looking at the shoes, the puzzles, the peripheral of the store. I'm not one to look at the clothes necessarily. I love the office supplies, and Knick knacks. It is interesting that I was just at Arc Value Village Richfield earlier today, and they're greeting cards were only $0.25 each , and I came down here to Bloomington Arc Value Village and their greeting cards are 3 for a $1.99. I took several pictures to let you enjoy what I saw today, February 29th, 2024. Leap day! Everybody was so nice at checkout, the gentleman put my basket away for me. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards, it's just with your phone number! After so many points you do earn a $10 off reward! And you can increase that reward by donating bags or boxes of clothing or whatever you have to donate!

Can always find yourself leaving with something each time you go in, haha. Although not a big store, you can find just about anything in it. The staff are friendly & they always have the best deals.

Drove 40 minutes to get here and they have a sharpie on the door with their hours changed. This isn't reflected anywhere online. I'm mad

Prices have quadrupled in the last six weeks. And most of the special-needs staff seems to be gone.

In recent weeks it seems that most of the special-needs staff is gone, and the prices tripled and quadrupled. The trend of thrift stores raising prices is disconcerting. thrifting isn't a trend to be milked for the maximum profit, for some people it is a necessity. used pulled pajama pants covered in fur $10? basic Sonoma t shirt for $7? You're better off shopping the outlet mall or the clearance section at Kohl's .

Their prices have skyrocketed and yet their websute says they have good deals, I used to be able to get a shirt for $5 at most but now they cost up to $8 for a shirt and don’t even get me started on sweaters, dress shirts, and jackets. This is supposed to be a thrift store it’s supposed to have affordable affordable items here.

I don't know what happened from my first visit and my second yesterday. But I won't be going there again. I found a novelty cup that I, probably, wouldn't have found anywhere else. I didn't notice, until I got into the car, that it was chipped on the bottom. It was a gift for my husband's birthday. What should have been .99 cost me $1.99 plus tax. My husband just wrote it off because he liked what was written on it, Uff Da!, and it was, purposely, misshapen. He is always saying that so I thought it would be a great gag gift. He likes it, but I don't like that it is chipped. There were bins filled with stuff that didn't even match. I've worked in stores that have categories together. Their prices are outrageous. The cashier was not a bit friendly. I went to Goodwill, on Lyndale Ave. I found a great hooded blouse there. And, to my surprise, got a discount when purchasing it. What would have cost me almost $7 only cost me $5.25! They have senior discounts on Wednesday.

My first time there. I love thrift stores and the resale of quality items. Located on the North West entry by Vet Hospital. Ample parking in main lot. Wheelchair accessible sidewalk at entry and several handicapped spots Shopping carts just inside the main door. Amazing air conditioning on this 90 degree day. Cardboard shopping boxes to put in your cart with your items. Bags provided upon purchase. A very clean, uncluttered, super spacious, organized store. I was so impressed. Clothing impeccably organized by size and appeared pressed. Dressing rooms to try on and someone cared enough to hang prize garments on exterior of dressing room doors to advertise. You can donate on the Dunkin Donuts side of the shopping mall at the north corner. Just pull up and a staff person will come out and take your items. A classy place to get a great deal and stretch your dollars. Well done!! Items for men an women in clothing, tidy sized mark racks. An entire area for vintage clothing, kids, babies, housewares, some furniture, books. CD maternity clothing rack, tapes, costume jewelry and the most beautiful selection of women's sheer scarfs. Not a huge amount of inventory in furniture. A pleasant and humble staff who were helpful.

I loved shopping at this store for the first time. Staff greeted me and they had a great selection. The store was very organized. No big mark ups or sticker shock like I've been seeing at other second hand stores. I got a whiteboard, two vases, a wine opener, and a purse for $12. The cashier, Kitty, was super kind and helped get me set up with a members rewards card. She was warm and friendly and complimented my finds of the day. I will most certainly be back to browse again.

First time at Arc's Village in Bloomington and we'll be back. Friendly greeting, clean store, things organized well and reasonably priced, and best of all - DRESSING ROOMS that were open and clean!! Plus a rewards program we signed up for on the way out. Look forward to checking out the other locations.
