After a stressful month of bouncing around big dealerships looking for a high quality but affordable vehicle - Drive Appeal Bloomington was a serious saving grace. Throughout the process Mike was super responsive and great with communication! It really seemed like his motivation was to help us, not sell us. Overall, it was a zero pressure environment and honestly the most positive experience I've had purchasing a car.

Mike was great to work with. He did not sugar coat anything. I made it to the office 4pm and was out by 530pm with a new truck. Becky explained everything to me before I signed anything. Thank you both the service was amazing.

Mike and Becky are great, my truck is still going strong after 3yrs.. I think it’s a good thing to remember that if you by used or new regardless, maintenance is always a must. Great vehicles for the price and honest sales peeps. Still loving my 6.7 power stroke and I’d buy from them again any day!!?

I would be cautious when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2017 Volvo V60 from this dealership this fall. When I took it in for regular maintenance, the shop found significant damage that hadn't been disclosed by the dealer.
I notified the dealer of the repair costs I incurred as a result of the damage ($3352.60) and asked if they would like to come to some sort of agreement on the repair costs. They only offered a slightly discounted rate on repairs, which had already been completed by my mechanic. The quote from the shop was provided to the dealer
"ADV NOTES: VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN A BIG ACCIDENT. RADIATOR IS JUST FLOPPING AROUND, MULTIPLE PARTS ARE BENT
TO SECURE THE RADIATOR AND BROKEN - WE CAN TRY TO FABRICATE SOMETHING OR RIG SOMETHING UP TO HELP IT
FROM FLOPPING AROUND, SUBFRAME IS BENT UP FRONT, HAS DIFFERENT RIMS THAN IT'S SUPPOSE TO, BOTH FRONT
LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE BENT - PASSENGER SIDE IS WORSE THAN THE DRIVER SIDE, BOTH INNER TIE ROD ENDS ARE
BENT, HARD TO TELL IF THE OUTERS ARE BENT BUT WE HAVE TO REMOVE THEM TO REPLACE THE INNERS SO THAT IS
THE TIME TO REPLACE THEM. ONCE THIS IS DONE IT WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE ALIGNMENT SHOP AND FINGERS CROSSED
THE STRUTS ARE NOT BENT. FRONT STRUTS ARE NOT BENT AT THIS TIME. PASSENGER FRONT DOOR DOES NOT LINE UP
PROPERLY. YOU CAN SEE IMPACTS ON BOTH FRONT RIMS TO.
I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE ARE HUMAN AND MAKE MISTAKES AS WE ALL DO BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW NOBODY
NOTICED ANY OF THIS DURING AN INSPECTION BEFORE THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD. IT'S SO OBVIOUS.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO THE COMPANY WHO SOLD YOU THE VEHICLE AS ALL THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE
BEEN CAUGHT WHEN THEY DID AN INSPECTION BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE - I WOULD ALSO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH
THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU/REIMBURSE YOU FOR SOME OF THE
REPAIRS. I GET MAINTENANCE THEY NEVER DO BEFORE SELLING A VEHICLE."

Heads up to whoever is thinking of purchasing a car here. Do your research and check the vehicle thoroughly. Bought a car here that was supposedly clean with no rust. Little did we know when we lifted the truck up, the whole underneath of the car was rusted and mechanic said the truck has barely any life left in it.
