The AC is in a great location, close to MSP and the Mall of America. I’m sure it’s a fine, modern hotel. It’s just not for me. The staff is super nice and that really matters. The beds are super hard and left me with back and hip pain. Breakfast is an “English” breakfast and felt like coffee and cold cuts. No traditional breakfast meat for a $17 meal. Also, $12 for parking feels like a money grab. The hotel was modern and clean, but it’s just not for me.

A very nice place, I have stayed here multiple times and it is always nice. Good service, nice rooms, and good breakfast. But they did just start charging for parking a while ago and you do have to pay for the breakfastNearby activities: It is right next to the mall

Loved staying here. Location was great since it’s right by the MOA and MSP airport. Rooms were very clean, and also had black out curtains for those who travel a lot and need extra rest. Very accommodating with late check out, and also had a genius idea to add free water fountains on each floor! Rooms had water carafe which made accessing drinkable water easy! Will stay again!

This AC hotel is great. Near the mall, restaurants, and airport. Very convenient for a traveler. The rooms are clean and modern. Staff is excellent. Kristen, Mike, Tracy, and Joy are fabulous at the front desk. Kenny and Terrence are great behind the bar. Will stay again over and over.

Would have been an excellent stay except that they don’t have hot water. I was moved to a second room and the water was somehow colder than the first. I’m staying one night and I can’t even take a warm shower? Completely unacceptable.Staff are friendly and it’s not their fault of course, I’ll give them a star for that but overall an incredibly ridiculous experience.

I really like AC Hotels. Highly consistent, standard setups, so I always know what to expect from rooms to amenities to dining, etc. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, decent in room coffee. Breakfast is not complimentary but is tasty and convenient. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It's definitely one of my travel go-to's.Walkability: The Mall of America is a block or so away. There is a light rail station at MOA with direct line to airport (both terminals) and downtown Minneapolis.Food & drinks: 2 other restaurants right next door. And another hotel. But because this, parking gets a bit tight, though there is a large 4 story parking ramp with several EV charging spots. Only parking charge is for overnight stays for hotel guests.Noteworthy details: ACE car rental is just 1/2 mile away, very convenient, and with NONE of the gross hassles of the car rental options at the airport (which I would avoid like the plague). ACE is great and more affordable.
