There is no customer service at this store whatsoever. Idk what happened but you used to get greeted and helped. Kids who work here just stand around behind the cash register.

Cute clothes but racially biased sales people. My Hispanic ex husband took our son to purchase a pair of shorts. No one came over to help them or greet them. Then a white guy came in with his kid and 4-5 girls ask if they can help. We ended up spending $1500, so jokes on those racist workers who lost commission!

Well organized, however sale signs are a little misleading and we were offered $10 off for signing up for email updates, however our receipt does not reflect $10 off of our purchase. This said their products are of high quality and for the most part their service was acceptable.
