I wanted to buy a pair of jeans. The online store had a sale going which the store would not honor. So bought them online with in store pick up. First of all, how dumb. Then I pick up the closet he’s only to find out The items they picked out for me are completely wrong from the order. I ordered two pairs of jeans, one light wash one dark wash. What they have bagged for me when I found out at home was 1 pair of black dress pants. Now I have to deal with all of this, just to get the 20% off they were doing online. An absolute nightmare.

I have shopped here a few times recently, and I can say that a good number of the employees at this location are not helpful, not friendly, and are a little rude. Very disorganized store in general as well. The majority of the clothes in the store are in the dressing room area, so finding clothes in store in certain sizes has been difficult as well. I have been enjoying Abercrombie’s clothes lately, but I will likely be shopping online only at this point due to bad experiences in store.

The only saving grace was the nice cashier giving me 15% off even though I didn't complain about my experience.
I waited almost thirty minutes for a fitting room, only to find the dirtiest fitting room I've ever seen. I didn't want to stand in there with my socks.
Spending about $100 on each pair of jeans should come with a clean fitting room.
Now that I know my size I guess I'll be shopping online. This place is dirty.

The associates have been great most times when I have needed help or purchased something. Easy returns if you are a member! Not a fan of the store layout though, fitting rooms annoying to access.

People waiting for a fitting room blocks all the jeans. Stupid set up. Will not be returning to shop here because you literally can't shop!!!

I tried to return 2 orders in-store. One order contained an item for exchange. I was told by the associate that I could return the "exchange" in store and the updated item would be sent to my house. long story short, I've been on the phone with various abercrombie associates for 45 min to correct both actually getting an exchange and now getting my refund as I received no email confirmation on a refund. Pls train your associates.

Strange selection of clothing now as though they lost their identity. Amazing fitting rooms, however!

I made a purchase of the sweater in the photo on December 19 at the MOA Store as a gift for a family member. I was in town from out of state. In less than two months the stitching along the v-neck came completely unraveled. I placed a whit wash cloth under the area to show the separation. I called the store and both managers refused to assist me with a return. Very poor quality products and equally poor customer service.

This is not your early 2000s A&F. It kept everything we loved back then. The on-trend styles are comfortable to wear with quality without the luxury price tag. I also loved that when things went out of season they were properly discounted to a very competitive price. The store looks nice and fresh and organized well. I have never seen fitting rooms that let you change the lighting to fit a scene, for example, you can see what your clothes will look like in the lighting of a campfire. That is unreal. The lights have come up a bit and your shirt won't smell like the store for a week after purchasing but I think I will live. The customer service is so much better. They are helpful and really want to answer your questions and help when they can. I believe they are attempting to be more inclusive and I almost fell over when I saw them selling maternity clothes online. I never thought I'd see the day. Check the prices of the jeans!! I have gone up to the register multiple times and what I thought was going to be $60 - $80 was actually $18!!! Typically they are not the newest freshest styles. Maybe older inventory that got lost in the mix. You will NOT find these prices online. Speaking of online they will absolutely price match if shortly after purchasing the item you purchased is discounted online.
