Really sad visit to this store. I was shopping with my family being helped by the associate Duke, and a very rude woman with black hair came from the back and spoke to him very poorly. Even snatching clothing from him. She spoke to him rudely as well as his coworker with reddish hair who was assisting him with the customers. They both were so smiley until she started being negative. People behind us in line even told her to speak to them better or go to the back to fix whatever her issues were and she kept changing the subject. We got some great clothing and usually love shopping here but that manager made us not want to return. Hopefully it’s better next time.

I never write review online but last month I order online from Amarni Exchange, 3 T shirts without sale..$70.00 each..After 1st wash..size M to small or xsmall, I did not expected shrink all the way to xsmall not small...seem like their quality went down and the design not really attractive. So I return all 3, Unfortunately, they are only accept one because did not wash..other two lacking of the tags...when original tags attached to it...It disapointed me brand name store but tried to cheap with customers. This is not the 1st time I order...I order a lot from them....seem like they are need learn like Macys return without question and even happy return..send you cash back...If you bought from them make sure buy one size bigger...the clothes very shrink after one wash..and they are not excepted the return...no only one way

Super shady store and horrible staff. We went to return a clothing item which was bought from the store, within the return window and the manager started to come up with excuses to not return the item. He was implying that we used the item before returning, showing some vague signs, which was absolutely nonsense. It was clear to us that he was simply trying to avoid refunding us the money. Be careful, if possible avoid this store.

Talking about a store that makes you feel low. The most traumatizing Thanksgiving ever. You’ll thought they was going out of business the way they wouldn’t give me a refund. I purchased items Nov 3rd. The guy Hunter asked for my instagram just to stalk me. I tried on the outfit and couldn’t fit it so I tried to return it Nov 12. Tags on it, brand new. Just for Hunter to tell me he saw me on instagram with the jacket on so no they could only offer me an exchange. Finally, today weeks later I had to take my attorney with me to “Armani Exchange” just for them to give me a full refund once my attorney read them their rights. Took my jacket back just for Edgar to tell me “This gonna be my last time letting you return because I know you need the money” because I’m black? Remind you when I exchanged the jacket cause they wouldn’t let me get a refund he purposely took off the tag (without me knowing) and stamped “final sale” on my receipt. I spent $716 dollars. Everything was literally BRAND NEW. Called other “Armani Exchange” stores just for them to tell me they give refunds so they’re not understanding why they wouldn’t give me one. Never again. Stay away from this store. I work very hard for my money. Please listen to me and take your money elsewhere.

Elite service and professionalism. The entire store team cares for and goes above/beyond for every customer. The store manager is always attentive, fashion savvy, with rockstar style, and creates a magical atmosphere within the Armani exchange store team. (Mall of America store)

This is my favorite Armani Exchange. The customer service is great. Great selection of clothing. Edgar the general manager personally was helping me to pick outfits for upcoming festival. I definitely come back to this store when traveling.

I went to the store today to buy a gift for my mom, I was approached by a guy named Edgar, he was able to find what I needed. Great customer service, a bit pricey but I really enjoyed the experience.

I will never buy anything from this store.They are so expensive and after wearing just couple of times jacket for 240$ just ripped off.And the store manager lied that he’ll call management and resolve the problem.People,don’t waist your money here!

The worst customer service ever Ed and Anicir I guess that’s there names is.We bought stuff worth $201.02 dollars including sun glasses. after we went home we found out that’s something wrong with sun glasses the frame is bigger then the lenses for both sides so the lenses is moving .We went back to the store with the original box and original receipt to return it or at least exchange it but they were really rude with us and they called the police on us just because I asked them for the corporation phone number and there names after they said they are not going to return it. and they kicked us out of the store with my 3 kids crying and my wife .Police came and after they read the policy on the back of the receipt they give me phone number to complain to the mall first .I emailed the corporate and I’m waiting for response.I like the store but they need to hire professional people.Not going back again
