7/8 Liquors is a small but warmly lit local business with a fairly sizeable selection of wine, spirits, beer, and malt beverages. It is known for having the best bourbon selection in the state, including excellent barrel picks. The store offers a nice variety of new sippers to try, with interesting soju flavors and good selections for sweet liqueurs, wines, and hard liquor. It also has a big fridge with cooled high selling wines and beers. While the selection of saki and ciders is relatively small, the overall offering is fairly solid. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to stop and advise. They provide great, warm, and inviting energy, taking time to educate customers and offer samples. This makes for a fun and informative experience, allowing for informed purchases. Customers find the service genuine and the environment welcoming.
