They were around, but not hovering.I went in looking for a NON floral dress, which I know was a huge ask, but I actually left with two solid colored dresses I loved!I have shopped at Maurices many times, but this was the first time I bought something. “Had an amazing experience here! Came in looking for a certain place and the Mgr. And the sales rep stopped everything to help me. Found clearance pieces, for final sale, (didn't know at the time), but wasn't sure about because of the event but bought them out of desperation...3 days later I came to return items that didn't use and the manager returned the items for me with no fuss. During the return she forgot to return one expensive piece and instead of screwing me out my money, (because I didn't know she missed a piece and i probably wouldn't of looked into later) she called my cell phone and told me of the mistake and had my refund to me within a day via credit card. This was my best experience while looking for a themed look for over a week. The customer service is phenomenal and these ladies really took care of me. Because of this rare retail experience I am now a customer and will be happy to spend my money at this Roseville location. Yall are the real MVPs! Fyi...I wore the Torrid outfit for the event and it was a hit. I also kept most of the clothes I bought, only returning what didn't fit.”
“The store seems to be better than all the others because it has a lot of clothes and shoes. Parking is huge and you can see some small trees here and there if you want to park your car in the shade. it was decently staffed and there were no lines. Good prices and good deals I ended up buying seven pieces. The place was neat and it was easily accessible. Many businesses in the area and around the store so if you're coming with the family they can go visit other stores but have coffee across the parking lot plenty of options. I have to say I enjoyed visiting this large store. I am considering joining the reward program for the future.”

“I took two of my daughters (11 and 8 years old) here before Christmas to get their ears pierced. It was a good experience. After the employee cleaned and marked each girl's ears, both girls and I checked the location prior to piercing. It was nice that they had 2 people working so they could get both ears pierced simultaneously because my 8 year old might have backed out after one side. It's 3 weeks later now and both girls are happy with their earrings.”
