I spotted this Walgreens while I was in Blaine last Saturday. I needed to get some pop, so I headed over here. There were lots of parking spots available. I backed into a free one and entered. There were some Christmas merchandise deals. I didn't get any because I was more interested in post-Christmas sales. I did find pop. Three two-litre bottles were going for $7. I managed to grab three in my hands. There was a lineup. Luckily, I could place my bottles of pop on various counters to give my arms a rest. There was one man in front of me who had maybe less than $200 cash placed on the counter. The male staffer said in Spanish that he needed this customer's ID. He was also holding each bill up to the light. The customer couldn't produce any ID, so he collected his money and left. One word: interesting. I rarely have cash on me. It was cool seeing so much cash. It was my turn to get another male staffer at the checkout. He didn't say much, but he was great double-bagging my bottles of pop. I entered my phone number to collect reward points. I paid with a credit card. Done! I thanked the man and left with my items. When I got to my hotel room, all three bottles of pop when in the fridge. I was happy. I had a great experience. It was nice to visit a different Walgreens for variety. (6)

My God! Are your phone lines broken? 45 minutes collectively on hold over 4 different calls, 3 were disconnected!I just wanted to ask a simple stock question.

I just waited for 45+ minutes on the phone to get someone to help me. My provider sent my prescription to this location but I live on the opposite side of Blaine so I wanted to request a switch however after the wait, when it was finally my turn someone picked up the phone and hanged up. They are either too busy or understaff perhaps, still I would appreciate i automated call back so I don’t have to wait so long or an actual person to talk to. I’m sure every patient who goes to this or any other pharmacy is just trying to get what they need to get healthy and it maybe be an emergency. Is not right to just hang up. I would not recommend this location for the experience described above. I would call my provider instead to send it to the Walgreens in pheasant ridge Blvd instead which is the location close to me. Very disappointed at this location on Ulysses.

Worst pharmacy customer service I have ever witnessed. I will never step foot in a Walgreens again. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED here! Incompetent beyond belief.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to I've been going here for a month In every time it's took over 45 minutes to get my medication I'll get text saying my medication is ready go there and they haven't even filled it yet It had it's the worst staff out at any Walgreens I've ever been to The workers can barely speak English some of them and it's like Giving kids a computer they do not know what they're doing I've had to argue with them 4 times cause they say I don't have a prescription there when it's there

Knowing Walgreens takes forever to fill prescriptions, I submitted my refill request through the app in the morning. By the end of the day, the status had changed to “In progress, sorry we’re running behind, we’ll keep you updated”. I call to get an update and waited for 25 mins waiting for someone to answer tI only hung up when I finally made it to the pharmacy counter - btw no one was on the phone, they just wouldn’t answer. When I ask for an update on my prescription they finally tell me they’re out and can’t fill it. My phone number and email are on file. The staff has the ability to change the status in the app to let me know they were out so I could do something about it and no one bothered to attempt to notify me, until I asked in person eight hours later. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it’s the last time I let Walgreens make money off my prescriptions. Terrible customer service.

That guy running the drive through window was awesome! So kind and gave quick service. Usually the workers seem crabby but this guy was awesome! Monday 24th around 3:30.

I never know what to expect when I come here. Sometimes it's really good, sometimes it's really bad. Maybe it depends on when you go. Last time I was there I waited in line at the check out for at least ten minutes which was a little frustrating. The cashier was friendly but very chatty with the customers and that's nice, but there was a big line of people waiting. I felt like it was slowing things down. They always have the best deals on pop so that's a plus!

Meh, worthless experience. Most Walgreens are dirty, and this one is no exception. The guy employee looked disheveled and immediately told me he could not ship my packaged (FedEx ship site). He offered no other explanation other than he couldn't ship it because the bag was ripped ( I wasn't intending on shipping it in the bag). My intention was to buy a box. He did at the end say "well, I could sell a box to you", which made me walk out

I came into the Walgreens looking for some simple groceries which I couldn’t find, not only did this employee help me find my products and check me out quickly, he also helped carry out some of the soda cans. Sammy is an exceptional employee not only had great manners but great customer service!!

At this point I think I am done with Walgreens. Especially Walgreens in Blaine. I am so disappointed with both locations but I’ll focus on this one for this review. I was there to pick up COVID tests at the pharmacy drive thru it took 3 people yes 3 people to ask me my name and address a total of 5 times 2 of them with my prescription in hand. When I got upset I was told I need to be patient as if waiting 45 minutes wasn’t enough patience. Then he proceeded to push my prescription up against the glass because I refused to answer the 5th time. I’m so fed up with slow service mixed with incompetence. People walking around like they have nothing to do or don’t know what to do. Intercoms that they can’t hear from. I see why the lines are long.I would like to add that this was a prescription that was ready not a new one. So 45 minutes just to pick up.

This location has exceptional pharmacy service. Two days in a row I had to drop by to grab scripts and both times, I was taken care of by both the pharmacist and technician. Even though the phone was ringing off the hook and they were busy, they still were super friendly and helpful to me and the customers waiting in line. These guys deserve a raise.
