Had a horrible experience talking to a supervisor. The delivery is late, waited around for 2 days to sign for it. Called around today to find out the delivery need to be scheduled. Ended up speaking to a young supervisor who was extremely condescending and refused to help. When I ask who could help me, instead of answering my question, he hung up the call.

I have used UPS Freight/Tforce freight for my business for 4 years now and this is one of the worst terminals I’ve ever dealt with. This particular shipment in question, was going to a residence so an appointment was made for delivery for a Friday from 1-5. Friday came and went and my customer texted me at 5:30 saying they had an event they had to leave for and that their shipment never showed and asked what to do. I called the terminal real quick to see if the driver was maybe just running late to which they replied “no we actually tried calling the consignee at 2:30 and no one was home so it’ll go out again on Monday.” This would be no issue if A. They actually tried contacting the customer like they say they did. And B. If redelivery wasn’t a $125 fee. I checked with my customer who has zero missed calls. It turned out to be the manager I was speaking with who got very defensive when I said the driver was lying and she had no missed calls. He was very rude and unprofessional which sparked my less than pleasant reaction and he hung up on me. I called back for him to answer and tell me he’s not talking to me that it’ll go out Monday, and hung up again. Monday comes around.. they attempted delivery again to then realize they need to bring it on a smaller truck because of the road.. well wouldn’t they have known that on Friday had they actually attempted delivery like they said they did?? Tuesday it’s finally delivered but surely with more problems as they almost didn’t put it out for delivery this day either. Their drivers need to be held accountable for laziness and terminal managers should learn to speak to customers.

It took a WEEK to schedule a pallet delivery. I called 3 time a day and everyone I talked to sounded like a robot and never helped to fix the problem.... The problem was a delivery, you would think they could get that right!I have a feeling my pallet was passed around like a hockey puck the whole time.

Every time we ship through UPS Freight they don't usually show up until the next day. I am not sure why that is the case. We currently have a pallet to be picked up by UPS Freight today. If they don't pick up today. I think I will tell CH Robinson who schedules our pick ups to never choose UPS Freight for us.
