The old man behind the counter was offensive and rude. This esperience was a simple transaction, one that he made infinitely worse and more challenging. Save yourself the time and frustration this ‘tired’ and sad man will give you. Ship somewhere else, anywhere else. 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend.

This location overall is as great as any UPS store it is clean and the services you expect. I laughed after visiting for myself because my wife had described her customer service experience from a few visits. I'd imagine the staff who are not using the normal retail etiquette with atleast some kind of greeting and thanking after transaction (its total silence if there is nothing to relay and kind of awkward) they could be fed up with endless amazon returns however should still work on some mannerisms to best represent UPS Store inc and the franchise owners of this location.

This is location has older man working there was very rude.
Infront of me there was women he's treading her very bad. When my time comes he's same as rude as it can be. He thinks he's rude boss of every one. Thank God I don't have to see his face everyday.

Came at 2:19pm, Google said closes at 3 on Sunday. Gates up, door locked. Not dropping off my package today.

Tried to drop a package off today at 2:05pm which according to the time on the door and the website they don’t close till 3:00pm so I should have had plenty of time. But for some reason they were closed already. No note on the door as to why but they were. The staff is never really friendly when I go in there. Looks like I’ll be finding a new UPS store to go to. Avoid this one at all costs.

Second time I have been here in the last couple months not open when they are supposed to be open at ten today and After 11 and still not open seen many people walk up with packages and try the door not very responsible employees I think ups needs to take actions look at this management he or she is costing them money came home called message says closed Sundays what is it web page says open store front says openpoorly run store

Google says you're open, You're sign on the front door says you're open. NOT OPEN. Nobody inside and it's 50 mins past opening time

This store says it opens at 10am on Sundays. Waited until 10:25 am and still not open. Not the first time I’ve come to this store during business hours and the doors are locked.

The staff always do a great job in helping me. The lady today, with the cute pig-tails, went above and beyond with me. She is amazing! She can multi-task and help many customers while being friendly and kind. Thanks again.

maybe you should update your hours. it says open 10 til 3 on sunday on here and the sign in the window yet it's 12:30 and your closed?♀️ this has happened more than once.

I usually go to this location for amazon return anytime I see Joe there omg I don’t think he like his job at all, I always say thank you and appreciate him but he not even say a words, all he said is “next”. Poor customer service
