This was the best shoe-buying experience of my life! The staff was fantastic - friendly and helpful. Jeffrey helped me sort through a couple of options I was weighing and then helped with color selection and trying on. He was quick, knowledgeable, and kind. I'll be back!

Went in there for a specific pair of shoes that I have been having trouble finding. The guys were very friendly and very helpful. The pair I went for is questionable sp the guy recommended another pair for me that fit pretty good. I asked about the return policy and it was very good (30 days with wear). The guy even recommended a special insole piece for one of the shoes so I took both pairs so that I can try them both out and see if either will work out. I'll return the one (or both) if they don't work. Great guys and great service.

This place is FIVE STARS. Look at the low reviews—they’re either several years old or complaining about the website. This shoe store is AWESOME!This is the best shoe store! Nick is fantastic. After visiting Champs and Famous Footwear, I was beginning to lose hope of finding the right shoe.Wandered into Tradehome and five minutes later Nick had helped me figure out the right shoe. In fact, he found FOUR shoes that were perfect. It was so hard to choose.While I was trying on the shoes, Nick was finding more, and another employee (Brandon) asked how I liked the shoes and told me about his pair. So helpful. It was actually enjoyable!I no longer dread shoe shopping and will be coming back here next time I need a new pair.

The Manager, Nick is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. As someone who requires special shoes with specific features due to a disability, it was very refreshing receiving help from someone who knew so much about shoes for those with specific needs. I've never had such a positive experience, I recommend anyone, especially those who have a tough time finding the right shoes to shop here!

Absolutely fantastic! They take the time to fit you properly and take into account any foot issues you have to get you the best shoes for your feet. They will also order in if they don't have them in stock and run a great loyalty program!
