We bought a sleep number coming up on a year ago. The mattress we received felt a million times different than the mattress we tried out on the floor. We waited the 90 or 100 days and returned it the very next week when they were able to pick it up. Literally a glorified air mattress. We got talked into an adjustable bed frame that we were unfortunately unable to return. The thing is when they remove the matesss it’s no longer comparable with your phone so we are stuck with a remote that works MAYBE 1 every 10 times we try to use it. Otherwise we receive an error that the connection has been lost between the frame & remote. I would never ever ever ever ever recommend a sleep number to a family, friend or even enemy. I feel like such a fool for falling for it in the first place. What a waste of money and time and such a pity we had to experience so many sleepless nights the few weeks we had it.

We were pretty sure we wanted a Sleep number bed when we went to the store. Caleb met us at the door and answered all our questions and concerns. Next step was finding our sleep numbers and why that was important, after trying out beds above and below our price point we settled in on the P5 bed. we now have a mattress we are both comfortable on. I can't wait to get it home and get rid of our old (3 years) mattress set.Even if you are just starting your search for a new bed, stop in and talk with Caleb Nelson, it will help you find your perffect bed.

Oh Wow! Where to begin. This was a nostalgic visit for this former Select Comfort employee. Quite a lot has changed in the 30 years since I was a member of the Sleep Number team.The Blaine superstore was a revelation. The technology of a good night's rest has certainly developed and was on glorious display in the bright, classy retail space.We were fortunate to "Fall into the hands," of the very capable store manager, Tony Graves, who guided us through the process of picking out a sleep system mattress complete with adjustable lift and a temperature controlled foot warmer.Overall and throughout it was a delightful experience we would recommend to anyone in search of a restful night.Michael Smith andMaddy St. JamesSpring Lake Park, MN

Dale was super helpful and informative on the sleep number products. He was willing to show us different kinds of sleep number beds and discussed what each of them offered. He did not push us to buy and made the process smooth and easy. He was also able to connect with other customers while being the only one working in the store.

Was completely caught off guard by the lack of pushy-ness. Our salesperson was welcoming, very attentive, actively listened, explained all the beds, and at no point asked for a sale. We made our decision because the product was amazing and the experience was customer-centric. Highly recommend
