I am so glad that we were recommended to work with Mike Arvold and Refined Lending for our first experience in buying a home. Mike told me in our first phonecall that he what he would bring to the table is incredible service, and he wasn't kidding. Throughout this process, he has been attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the small details to first time homebuyers like us. Not only that, and perhaps most importantly, Mike is friendly and kind, and made us feel like family as we went through this process with him. I can't recommend him and his team more. Taking on a home loan is a big deal, and Mike has made it feel like the right decision for us. Thank you so much Mike! My girlfriend and I are first time homebuyers, and had a vague idea of what we were getting into, but we are still able to recognize that the treatment we got from Refined Lending was nothing short of exceptional. Getting to work with Jerrid, our mortgage broker, was comfortable throughout the entire process, he was willing to explain every detail and should you have any questions, any time, you could just shoot him a text and he usually responds within 5 minutes. He won’t talk down on you and did not expect you to know what things are, and gladly explains them to you. Jerrid also has a wonderful team backing him, Carolyn and Cari, who were also very helpful, kind, and efficient in their work! We were always updated on the status of the work and what step we were on, and if we had an issue getting something in, they were super helpful in making sure we figured it out.Working with them was a very personable process and I would recommend Jerrid and his team for anyone looking for mortgages. What is there to say? Refined Lending is possibly the best group our here. Mike and his team were always there.From the beginning, Mike called to introduce himself and explain the process. Mike took the time to explain each term, each step and the end goal. My process took about a month (I had an amazing realtor (Kang) she showed us so many houses that were luxurious and most importantly, in our price range.We were set with one house. Those house owners told us that we had three weeks to close on the house. Three weeks to a new home owner seemed impossible. Mike and his team gave us STEP BY STEP instructions that we needed to follow. The sellers wants a per diem for each day we would be late, but I wish Mike and his team was paid a per diem for being early.Mike's team consists of a couple, but they work fast, consistent, efficient and most importantly, they were responsive. Each and everyday when we had questions, they were there to answer. Not to mention North Insurance Group they are partnered with. They are super, super helpful.The whole experience has been so amazing. I wish I could work with them again. Mike came to our closing with a basket full of goodies that helped with the embracing of a new life we had. This wouldn't have been possible without him. Thank you.- Monte and Des

My wife Jocelyn and I used Jerrid B at refined lending for our recent home purchase. 10/5 stars hands down. We started our home adventure roughly 6 months ago. Even though we weren’t necessarily in the best financial state due to other business ventures Jerrid still walked us through all of questions & updated us on market trends etc.When it finally came time to get serious Jerrid was ready to go. He was available any time I shot him a call and made me feel like I was his only client and of utmost importance.If you’re looking for an honest, down to earth, knowledgeable man… Jerrid is your guy.

This review is for both Jenna Lebert and Nate Raich, Jenna is an employee and Nate president of Refined Lending. Jenna has no business being a loan officer, especially if you are interested in the 29k wish grant. She literally lead me into a purchase offer under the wish program just to let me know after the binding offer was made that I didn’t actually qualify for the grant. When I contacted Nate Raich about the issue he was unresponsive and condescending when I finally got to talk with him. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and wish I had never trusted them with my time and financial well being.
