She treated my bay boy as her own! She stayed late to fit us in! She knew our last experience at a different groomer was traumatic for both the dog and me! Rewards program doesn’t work.. not many deals. Friendly service and decent variety of products.. not as dog friendly as PetCo or PetSmart. No treats for pet shoppers

I'm pretty disappointed as a long time customer at this specific store. I have been coming and utilizing the self-serve dog washes for a few years now and have watched as thy keep taking away from the customer as they increase the price of their washes. I used to get the 5/$25 card and now it is 5/$40 yet they are now diluting the shampoos and conditioners they provide. They have taken away the treats they used to set out and the blow dryers rarely work. They used to clean the bays in between each use, not anymore. Today I went in for a dog wash and they handed me a towel and I asked if there was a new process as I have never been given a towel before (the towels were always in the dog wash area for customers to grab themselves) they are now limiting towels to each customer and giving them to you at the register. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about bring your furbaby here for baths. Good luck, I'm over it.?

A friendly neighborhood store where the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful for all my fur babies’ needs. I can honestly say that I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this place, these guys are great and know their stuff!

Have you tried their self grooming station? ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN SENT. You can bathe your own dogs! All supplies provided. Just bring yourself and your pups. Ive got 2 dogs and we simply love this feature. We love the coupons and promotions, I buy my dog food here a lot. The employees are friendly! Greets you all the time. Small and super clean and not too overwhelming. Come patronize this place!

They have a free rewards program! Stopped in for the first time you name it it's here. We have 3 cats that needed new collars they happened to be on sale. Nice setting in the strip mall by my gym. Convenient and pet friendly. Staff available and helpful
