This place is simply amazing! The staff were friendly. The tubs were clean and large. This made giving my very hairy pooch a breeze! Not having to bend over to bathe my dog is wonderful...my back isn't broken. The water pressure is good and you control the temperature. There is no time limit, which is also awesome! I was able to wash my dog with the soap provided and then wash her again with prescription shampoo that helps soothe her itchy skin. Then the blow dryer at the end actually has so much power that it was blowing the water off of my dogs hair! To top everything off, the staff cleans up the tub for you! I will definitely be recommending Pet Evolution to my friends and clients at my job (I'm a veterinary technician)! What a nice business!!!

Glad I paid for the subscription washes … but you shut down self wash an ENTIRE HOUR before closing?

We were looking for a specific food that was indicated online that was available there. Only a very small selection of it was actually there which didn't fit our needs.

Update: I've been coming regularly to bathe my dog myself and the staff have changed over the last year and a half, but are still friendly. My dog gets a few groomer cuts a year and seems happy to continue going so I'm pleased. Pic of the freshly washed pup looking for ways to get dirty again right away.
Walked in for the self service grooming and decided to add a nail trim service since my pup can be a bit squirmy. The staff were all so helpful and clearly were there because they love pets and want to help and educate. It's also nice to not have to clean the tub after the chore of bathing the dog. We will be coming back again for future grooming services including the self service area and recommend it to everyone.

The groomer did a wonderful job on my golden’s pawdicure ? and nail trim. Glad we joined their monthly program. Customer service was helpful.

We checked the wrong box and received only a trim instead of a full grooming. We were appreciative that they are going to do the full grooming at no cost. ?

Can’t recommend enough!! My dog was suffering from allergies where her anal glands would leak. Not fun for anyone. After trying 3 different food from my vet with no improvement we felt like we were at a dead end. Delilah and the rest of the staff heard us out and recommended a new food. I kid you not, the problem cleared up and our Pitty mix is happy and healthier than ever! Thank you so much!

3/4 of our appointments over the last year have been canceled last minute by them, within 30 minutes of the appointment time. The inconvenience is not worth the hassle. We will not come back and I recommend you book elsewhere to ensure you actually receive services.

I hate leaving this review because most of the staff are very kind and friendly. I came later than I usually would at 6:20 pm because I was already running errands all day. The door says they are open until 8, but upon entering I discovered they have a policy that their dog wash closes at 7.. which is fine. I apologized and said I could come back on Saturday if it was too late, and one of the employees said oh no! It's okay! Very friendly.. wanting me to use the service. Little did I know I would be rushed out.. by a different employee. She came in on my second shampoo and she said this word for word. "the bath closes in fifteen minutes, you need to be done in fifteen minutes." Then walked away. She sounded so irritated and I felt so much pressure and bitterness. I purposely didn't finish my blowdry for my dog. The most annoying part is one of the employees started a wash on their dog as I was leaving. I understand you want people out at the time of close, which is literally why is said I would come back Saturday, but the other employee insisted that it was okay. There is a way of saying what she said in an effective respectful way rather than being passive aggressive and rude, and then making eyes to the other coworkers about how long I was taking even though I was washing as fast as physically possible. I have a shepherd. I would have much rather come back on Saturday than be RUSHED out the door. I always try and wipe down my dogs hair mess after and get told to not do that, but all I've ever tried to do was be considerate of the employees. I didn't know the dog wash closed at 7, and had I known that I would have come earlier, OR returned on Saturday instead of dealing with attitude for no reason.

My only complaint is conditioner wasn't supplied and they also don't sell a bottle of just Conditioner. My doodle left needing a condition

Ally did a great job cleaning my boy Sunny up. Asked how short I wanted his hair and took care of him exactly like I asked. Very kind. Looks great with no scraggly hair anymore.
