I have been a Custumer of old national bank for the last 3 years. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Paul and Jared always greet me with a smile and by name, willing to help me and accommodate all my needs, if they get busy Becky always jumps in to help.

This branch is great. The people are excellent. They are friendly and their service is prompt and convenient. The business and personal checking accounts are great. The iphone app and online website are convenient and full of features.But their Mastercard credit cards (which are also debit cards) have problems in Mexico. In 2021, our cards worked at very few places in Mexico. We reported the problems to Old National. The bank couldn't find any record that our cards were run and denied. So we are left to conclude there is some incompatibility between most credit card processers in Mexico and Old National. So if you are planning a trip to Mexico (or perhaps another country), make sure you have another credit card you can use.Another annoyance with their Mastercard credit cards is they get frozen from time to time for suspected fraud. If this happens on a weekend, your card will be frozen until they re-open on Monday morning. So again, you need a backup credit card. This has led me to stop using the Old National Bank credit cards as my primary cards. Their cards are not sufficiently reliable to run a business without these annoyances.

We loved Bank as Ancor bank. Since old national took over it's a bank that cares little for it's customers. Expensive and uncaring that you have gone to the same place 10 Years.

I generally wouldn't take time to post my opinion; however, I banked with a very large bank for about 30 years. They didn't treat me anything close to how I get treated at Old National Bank. I like it when they actually know who I am. I am not that special but, I always got a kick out of how WF would look at my deposit slip and then give me the hi Tim , like they actually knew me. I am not a big shot and they have too many customers to know everyone. I understand that so there was no need to be fake. The only reason I stayed at WF bank is because I was simply complacent. One time I complained to the WF banker and he actually said "perhaps you should take your business elsewhere". So I finally did. I would highly recommend Old National Bank. I can't say enough good things about them.

I love this bank. I moved from a larger bank to Anchor years ago and have had zero issues. They are attentive and care. I had my identity stolen in February of 2017. Afraid they had too much info, and they did have everything (SSN, Birthdate, Address, etc...), so I called them and informed the bank. They immediately jumped on it to protect what is mine. Excellent service staff, friendly, and polite. I will bank nowhere else. Thank you Anchor Bank!

The worst bank I have ever banked with. Our debit cards wouldn't work in Mexico, even though we called in advance, and while we were there. We were told they can't guarantee they will work in a foreign country, left us money less in another country. Not open Saturdays. If you deposit a check after 4pm it's not available until the next business day and even though it shows funds are available online and on your deposit slip, they will site insufficient funds and assess an overdraft fee if you use it that night! And then make you feel like a j*** for calling and asking for an explanation. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and policies.
