Brought my car In for a PDR and detail. I was amazed at how nicely they did with the detailing. The car looks nicer than it did when I took delivery of it from Audi. I was even surprised that they got the car wash brush marks out. I can't be happier with the work they did. Thank you Troy and gang!

terrible buff and wax I paid for a high price car wash interior detail was a ok job I would not recommend.

I purchased a 2009 Mazda 5 from Mystique Auto Sales 7/7/2022.After the purchase, the vehicle broke down on me 20 miles from Mystique. It started smoking. I had to get the vehicle towed to a mechanic.Mechanic said the A/C Compressor seized up, causing the belt to melt. He said it would of been obvious to the Dealership that the A/C Compressor was on it's way out. So, in his opinion Mystique was aware of the issue, but didn't disclose it.I purchased the vehicle AS IS. But, any reputable and trustworthy business would attempt to correct the issue. A $7k vehicle shouldn't break down 20 minutes after purchasing it.I reach out to Mystique and asked if they'd be willing to come to an agreement on some compensation for the repair cost. He is what they said, copied and pasted."If it was just the belt that broke, yes we will. Talking to a mechanic is 30.00 in labor. If it's more then the belt. Then no because there is an as is. That is only half the cost on belt and labor. We will cover. Anything we will not cover."Anyone that knows anything about cars, knows when a belt melts the issue is more then the belt. It's comical they offer to compensate $30.Do your due diligence. Don't make the same mistake I did. Mystique is a shady car dealer.

Average detail job on my vehicle. Inside windshield has a foggy film on it because they didn't do a good job cleaning it. Droplets of product were all over my center console. Floor mats and leather upholstery have so much coating on them it's almost dangerous getting in and out of the vehicle. They did a good job getting the dirt and grime out of the upholstery.

Setup my appointment weeks in advance, they called to remind me timely. Brought my car in at 8am as requested and it was done by the time promised. They offered me a ride home but I did not need one. Staff very courteous. They did a really nice job, buffed out a scratch on the back that drove me crazy, got the hard water spots off my side mirrors, cleaned the carpets, even got in between the seats and center compartments! Cleaned and shined up my added rubber floor mats. They cleaned every inch of the car and it shines and smells like new! I will definitely bring my car back there when needed.
