Motor Works used a high-tech diagnostic scan to diagnose multiple issues that were causing performance loss. Their Team serviced the vehicle's systems instead of just replacing parts. While installing new brakes they also repacked the wheel bearings, which is something I would not know to do if completing the work myself.My vehicle is running noticeably better.

I like the people who work here they know about the Chrysler's vehicles and did a great job on fixing my vehicle..well they have changed employees so i wont go here they teyed to charge me for a new fuse box for 1300 and then they where gonna put in a new egnition switch for 600 and that didnt even includ instalation so i said no and found out later that that wouldnt have fixed the problem!!!! I wish i could find out whar is wrong with my van????

Had a fair amount of work done on our Outback (brakes, noisy wheel bearing, new tires, etc.). Dropped the car off the day I called, just before they closed. They completed their inspection, a review of the inspection with us, and all work the very next day.Matt at MW was a pleasure to work with. They provided an honest, matter-of-fact assessment, telling us what the issues were, and just as important, what work didn't need to be done, given our vehicle concerns. MW provided an online inspection report with photos in a texted link to help facilitate our discussion.It was a friendly, zero pressure interaction with MW. Matt went out of his way to answer all of our questions and let us make the decisions. Plus, he followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory.This was our first time at MW, and they'll be our go-to repair shop in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Motor Works! This is our go-to place when we need work done on our cars. You can expect friendly service at a reasonable price. During my most recent visit, I brought my car with >150K miles and Chad even gave me some advice on how to keep the car going as long as possible. Thanks Blaine Motor Works! We’ll be back :)

I’m a new resident of Blaine. Moved here in July of 2023. And I drive a 2017 Ford Focus 4-door hatchback. Not a luxury car by any stretch of the imagination. But being retired and on a fixed income, it’s the only transportation that I have. And I’ve found Motor Works in Blaine to be an excellent company. Their auto repair pricing is very competitive. And their service work is great.I brought in my Focus to Motor Works on March 4th, after a cross-country round-trip to California. The check engine light came on (thankfully, I guess) once we returned home to Blaine. This is the second time that I’ve had my car serviced at Motor Works. Matt at Motor Works got the car in, provided a complete on-line diagnostic of the issues that needed to be serviced. And Motor Works was able to do the recommended repairs in just a day, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable cost. Thanks Matt, and thanks to everyone at Motor Works.

Motor Works was amazing! Brought my car in with some big issues; Chad kept in contact with me every step of the way, from diagnosing the issues to repair options to finishing repairs - answering every question I had along the way. He even went above and beyond working with my car warranty! Great team, great service, grateful for all their help!

I called and dropped my car off that evening. They started with diagnostics and called me with their findings, once I approved the mechanics were very quick in resolving my issue. They even offered suggestions to keep my car running properly. ThePricing was very fair and I was kept well informed of the progress.
