“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”
“This review is way overdue. Life happens. I visited the Cricket Wireless store in Blaine, Minnesota. I have been a long-time customer. I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.”
“We came in to settle some bill issues we had after upgrading a family member's phone and getting new devices for them, but there were discrepancies with what deals were implemented in the billing when we purchased from another store.
Desmond was very, very helpful and got us back on track. We'll be coming back to this location for future purchases and services.”
“Everything in my original review still rings true. I also wanted to add two experiences I've had since then:1. The dressing rooms are still closed. I was shopping for a specific event, so I purchased multiples items in multiple sizes to try on at home. Nothing ended up working. I definitely am annoyed about the lack of fitting rooms! However, I had a five star experience when I went to return the items! Returns are inherently a dreaded errand and can feel embarrassing!! But there was no line at the customer service area and the sweet employee who did my returns was very understand and friendly! She understood the struggle of clothes shopping lol. The encounter really made my day.2. I was shopping for a specific hair product. The target app said the product was in stock. When I got to the store, it wasn't on the shelf! Frustrated, I started looking to see if other targets nearby have the item in stock or if I could find a substitute. I was in the aisle a while and eventually an employee came up to me and asked if I needed help! I mentioned what I was looking for and also asked if the app is pretty inaccurate. She said it depends, checked to see when the shipment came in and said it was likely not in stock, but she still went to the back to check for me!! I didn't even ask her to check!Both of these experiences highlight great customer service and awesome employees! And yes, I did mention these in the target surveys lol. I usually don't do them but I hope these women are recognized for going the extra mile.{22}”
