Was quoted a $13 shipment by Speedee's website. Had the package dropped off here, charge went up to $40! It's cheaper to have speedee pickup from my house than ship from a collection point. Called this location and the guy that answered the phone was pretty rude and generally doesn't want to talk to customers. Never using mailbox express again.

Great service if you just need to drop of a package with a label printed, but by NO means should you go there expecting them ro print a label for a reasonable price. A single piece of paper is $2.50 to print. A pennies worth of paper and ink and they up charge it to $2.50. Ridiculous pricing, I will just go to the actual post offices and send it for free even though it's more inconvenient

Don't take anything here to ship. We had an international DHL return shipment prepared and dropped it off. They removed the customs invoice and then returned it to us because it didn't have an invoice. That invoice was in a clear plastic pouch. The return shipping label was clearly placed on the package. He just had to scan the label and put it on the truck. I don't know why he opened the customs invoice and removed it. It was clearly labeled. Now we have to contact the company and ask for another customs invoice and shipping label. More work for us when it wasn't necessary. I will never visit here again for anything.

I rent a mail box here and have had a great experience. The pricing is reasonable and the location is convenient. The owner is great with communication regarding billing, hours, and any other updates. Mailbox Express has made receiving mail easier for me and I get to support a small business at the same time! Would recommend!
