Our 12+ year old flooring looked better than our new floor after just 6 months. Having heard great things about vinyl plank flooring from so many people, we purchased a higher-end product from LL Flooring (one of their most popular we were told). We installed over 1200 sqft of material in our kitchen, dining, and living room. Our initial impression was positive as the floor looked great in our space. Our happiness was short lived as we have already noticed many scratches on our new floor despite the claims of durability and strength of vinyl plank. In the photo, you can even see that we put felt sliders on everything to protect our investment, but to no avail. Compare this to our old laminate floor that after 12 years of use was still in good enough condition to be installed in another room of the house. All of this, and I haven't even brought up the oversell that LL Flloring did by far over-estimating the need for adhesives and trim strips, costing us hundreds of dollars. An then there are the 2 full cases of product that were manufactured poorly and needed to be returned. In the end, I replaced my floor 6 months ago, and I am already worried about how long it will last and what I will replace it with.

We put ll flooring down in our kitchen living room area. We bought one of the most expensive lvp they had. Less than one year later we have to pull up the whole kitchen floor cause one plank is coming apart in slices. Good thing we have a package of the flooring left so we can replace the flooring. Did the flooring in our lower level with Menards lvp around the same time. No problems!!!

I had a terrible experience with LL Flooring. I ordered flooring on Mar. 4, with an estimated delivery date of 2 weeks. The flooring did not come in as promised and store personnel, including the manager, were unable to confirm with the warehouse when it would arrive. I called repeatedly for updates on my flooring, and was given assurances that it would arrive by a certain date, only to have that date pass with no flooring. The local store suggested I call the corporate office, something which I feel the store manager should have done on m behalf. I made repeated calls to corporate Customer Care, and was told that supervisors would call me back, which didn't happen. When I finally reached a supervisor (Fri., 5/26) , he told me that the company has no control over what is done in the warehouse, but that he, the supervisor, would try to locate flooring for me and transfer my order to a store which had it in stock. He said he would call me within 3 days (Monday, 4/29). I did not receive a call. When I called Customer Care on Wed. 5/1, I was told that the supervisor would call me at 3:00. He did not call. After waiting 2 months for my flooring and spending hours on phone calls trying to get someone to locate my product and have it shipped to the store, I gave up. I cancelled my order and went to a locally owned flooring store which had the product in stock. I have told every member of the LL Flooring team that I was left with no choice but to post a negative review and cancel my order. The local store salesperson was friendly, but apologetic, since he could not help me. I cannot understand a business model in which the sales personnel cannot contact the warehouse directly to verify that the product which they have promised to a customer is actually in the warehouse, and to confirm a delivery date. I spent 2 months waiting for a delivery that was supposed to take 3 weeks, and had to cancel and reschedule my installer each time I learned that the information I had received about delivery time was inaccurate. I will be sharing my experiences with others and encouraging them NOT to buy flooring from your company.

Great shopping experience for flooring. Much better quality than and typical "building center" for plank flooring. I love LL, a great store with great selection, great products and great quality.

If you want to see . bamboo flooring samples, just order them online. Don't bother going to this store, they keep hardly any bamboo samples out.Otherwise, the store is fine. Picking up our order went very smoothly.
