terrible costumer service. Everything went great until they made a mistake and didn't not fix it. I ordered a stackable washer/dryer and they brought the wrong stacking kit so they left the new ones in garage and said they would come back. only silence after that. no call on when they would be back to fix, or what they were doing. we paid everything the day we bought it on Saturday and were TOLD it would be delivered on Monday. we spent 4 hours in the phone on Tuesday when we still had no answer on when they were coming to finish the job. talking to numerous people and no one knew any answers for such a simple question-when is someone coming to stack our appliances and finish the job we paid for already? AFTER speaking to so many people they now are coming Wednesday to set it up. only reason is got resolved is because we reached out to explain their mistake. terrible service.

Very disappointing experience. Mistakes happen but the lack of support in fixing it was highly concerning.

I came into the store for $8 of edging. I was standing around for an hour and 15 minutes waiting on a forklift to get a pallet down so I could get the rest of the product I needed. Employees everywhere but apparently one forklift. This was 12:00 during the week.

terrible service. Male employee wearing red stocking cap over long dark hair could not have beeen more disengaged. after I asked for help he went away and watched from a distance. female manager in religious headwear, (cool) also could barely be bothered to help. Couldn't move more slowly and stopped to do other things while I waited. Won't go back. To Lowe's, any location. Ever. Menards or Home Depot from now on....prices same...less apathy from staff.

Did you know Lowes only warranties their appliances for 2 days?? I purchased a frig from Lowes and 3 days later it stopped cooling. They said too bad, so sad and referred me back to the manufacturer Frigidaire who said their first repair appointment was in 11 days. So I waited. They worked on it and it cooled for a few days then nothing again. I've had 3 appointments now and it still doesn't work. I told Frigidaire I want a refund and they said we have to send someone else out. September 12 is my next date. It is unrepairable and unreliable and I want a refund!! This is the last time I'll wait for a repair person to do nothing. Worse customer service ever!!

Our refrigerator died over the weekend so to save time I went online to shop. Lowe's showed next day delivery so we placed our order. Fast forward to Monday morning still no fridge. I called and got an automated message saying that it would be delivered Tuesday. There were other places I could have bought from and gotten the same delivery Tuesday but Lowes said next day delivery. I would cancel but we really need a replacement. Lowe's you have lost us we are cutting up our cards as well....I don't believe they care or bother to read any reviews but hopefully this keeps someone else from making the same mistake as we did.

I ordered my granite counter tops from Blaine Lowe's and the subcontractors they had come out to remove and install my new granite, were awful, they destroyed/crushed my lower KITCHEN cabinets when taking out the old counter tops. They also did not turn the water off in our bathroom when taking out the sink and flooded our basement! They left us without counter tops for months, because of the damage, we had to hire someone else to fix the damage, (Lowe's did reimburse us for the crushed counters but would not give us anything for the water damage!) for what they did to our cabinets. Then the granite company that Lowe's subcontracted to work with us closed its doors/went belly up! so we had NO granite, No contact person!, I called daily, No one called me to let me know, I had to figure that out myself when the company did not show to install my counter tops and stop answering phone calls. I even went to the store and the manager told me he was not allowed to help me anymore. It was a nightmare!! I cried a lot! Months went by, One company installed our counter tops and another our back splash so the granite does not match. Two different slabs! I have heard nothing from Lowe's have sent a ton of messages/pictures, talked with a ton of people said the same thing a thousand times and get no where! If you talk to this company it falls on deaf ears. I'm Sick every time I walk into my kitchen. I worked really hard and saved to have nice counter tops and its so sad!

My 80 year old father needed to buy a new bathroom fixture in order to help with some new health problems. He served 20 years in the United States military, and called to confirm he'd be eligible to receive the 10% discount. He was told yes. However, upon checkout at the store he was told they weren't allowed to apply the military discount because product was "at the lowest price it can go." However, Home Depot depot honors that lowest price and will also apply the military discount. Lowe's would not match that price. Way to support the troops and disabled veterans Lowe's!
