I am in town for the week and my neighbor brought me to Legacy Fitness. Griffin was super welcoming. He has created a great gym atmosphere with killer workouts! I will definitely be a regular when I'm in town.

Legacy is a family to us. We love the trainers and the people we workout with. Legacy supports us when needed and that has gone beyond the gym. For 4 years my wife and I have been blending Legacy into our weekly routine.

Although I am no longer able to attend Legacy due to distance. I would encourage anyone who takes their health seriously to give it a try. They have a caring, talented team of trainers who help to whip this 68 year old woman into shape. Protecting me from any injuries along the way. Miss you guys.
