I understand store policies and had no issue with the clerk refusing to sell cigarettes because my husband’s ID was expired. Policies are policies, and we respect that.
What was upsetting was what came after. Once the sale was already denied, the clerk continued to question my husband and asked for his “papers,” implying something about his legal status. That was completely unnecessary, inappropriate, and had nothing to do with the transaction.
My husband is a U.S. veteran who served this country. No retail employee should be questioning someone’s immigration status especially after already refusing a sale.
Kwik Trip is usually known for being professional and respectful, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Because of this interaction, I will never be coming back to this location again. I hope this is addressed so no one else is made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected over something that should have ended with a simple refusal.

I've only stopped there once but the place was clean, even though it was snowing. They have one of those really long squeegees for cleaning truck windows, and that's really nice to have available.

I have to say Best Crew I ever seen. Everyone is really nice and happy. They always have something nice to say and Doesn't matter morning or Day. I always love the environment and energy they bring when I come here

I went today to buy some chicken, a 3 piece tender, as a late lunch after work. Normally I love their chicken. It was horrible today. The first tender i bit into was just a cluster of chewy tendons that i couldnt bring myself to swallow. The second tender was absolutely massive and had a horribly chewy tendon running through it. I will say, it helped me not be hungry anymore, cause i had no appetite anymore after finding the tendon in the second tender

I have bought food from this location on several occasions where the food is expired but relabeled so it looks like it was just prepped, despite literally containing mold. Bought one of the soups from the displays, it said it was prepped 2 days prior and yet it was still frozen? And then upon opening it, the soup is clearly spoiled and looks as if it's been thawed and refrozen several times. Don't waste your money here for anything deli related, they clearly don't give a shit about following the bare minimum health standards

Entire overnight crew here is awesome!! Veronique, Spencer, Mary, Brian, and tall guy (forgot his name..) are the best. I work overnights myself and there’s not a lot of options when it comes to lunch time. This whole crew is more than willing to cook something up for me every day when I come in. Super friendly and hard workers. You guys rock!

I stopped in this morning to pick up 2, 20# bags of ice and Noah was si very helpful. He showed me where the ice box was and offered to carry the two bags out to my car. Of course, I accepted as it would have taken me two trips, probably as I had my big purse too.
Noah gave 5 star customer service today and I wanted to shout out for him and thank him again for being so kind.
