Everything is cluttered and it felt like we were being followed. Not too many great options reminds me of a high scale thrift store for some name brand items. Walked in and went right back out.

Have great sales and coupons. Aisles somewhat crowded making some difficulty for moving through. Checkout cashier, Mary, is always so helpful and cheerful. I always hope to get her for checking out. Definite asset to this store!

I mean its Kohls. They keep it clean. For me, its the over-whelming smell of perfumes that smack you in the face the second you walk in the door, even worse when its freezing outside and your lungs and nose already burn. Not my idea of a good time. I mean if you're into that, perfect. Personally it should be off to the side or in the back, like the laundry isle. Give a person a minute to adjust before having to be engulfed in all that. When you go to a fragrance store, you know what you're walking into. Didnt think Id need to brace myself for impact at a Kolhs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a few questions about my Kohl's card (which is now closed) and the sales manager Anna was so rude. You can tell she really hates her job. I refused to make a purchase and will now shop at other places. I'll never return to this store.

Just got back from returning a Christmas gift I purchased. The shirt was too small. I bought it with my Kohls credit card. Instead of crediting my CC I was given a gift card. The woman behind the counter was rude about it also.

Kohls has really gone down hill since Covid. I used to shop at Kohls all the time and now I hardly ever do as they have really changed especially when it comes to the discounts they give. You can't use it on hardly anything so why give it.

Many years ago I had purchased Jockey underwear. It seems a few stores do not carry that brand any more. I'm disappointed about that. The choice now seems to be for slimming the thighs. I'm elderly, so I certainly don't need anything like that.

I recently visited Kohl's and had a less-than-pleasant experience at checkout. The cashier seemed disorganized and unsure of what she was doing, which led to a longer wait than expected. On top of that, she was visibly sick, coughing frequently without covering her mouth properly, which was quite concerning given the health precautions many of us are trying to maintain. I've generally had good experiences at Kohl's, but this particular visit was disappointing, and I hope the store improves its staffing and health protocols.
