The absolute slowest bank I have ever been to. A line out the door almost everytime I visit, with only 1 or 2 very slow employees working at any given time.The branch is so empty and hollow, almost steril feeling. Customers voices carry from the "private" offices all the way out to the main lobby. Any personal information they speak about becomes public knowledge immediately.30 min to 1 hour wait times in line are the norm here.Time to find a new bank.

Since the change I have not been happy with a lot of Huntington's policies. I had to go into the bank today and take care of a problem for a representative payee account. I got Gayla . If it wasn't for her. She just made my day. She helped me so much. I have been fighting to get into my nephew's account for a few years now. And just her helping me and taking the time. It really meant a lot to me. So do you Gayla you get 10 stars from us. Thank you so much

The drive thru lanes (ATM included) will literally eat your tires and not even spit them back out. They're not even potholes, they are legitimate craters.

Ever since the Cub Foods location closed people have migrated to this location. I come in once a week and I wait every time for a minimum of 25 minutes in line. I was scolded by the teller the first time I came because I had not filled out a withdrawal slip. Cub Food location filled them out for you, and multiple other locations I've been to do the same. Really wish the Cub Food location staff were at this location because they were always speedy no matter the amount of people in line.

Bunch of liars. They promise to take care of loyal customers, yeah until it's time when you go try and cash in any promotions. Will be switching banks immediately.
