  The management needs to staff the bank appropriately. There is no one available to help customers in a timely manner. You should value the customers that entrust you with their money.

  Terrible company. I have a check from a friend that's a member at this bank. I was told a 10$ fee was to be charged to cash this check that's issued by Huntington Bank since I am not a member.

  Not my primary bank. My account was carried over from TCF.Still trying to figure out whether to continue with them or not. For now, continue.
