I took my daughter’s VW Bug in for an air conditioner issue. I received a call from Jeremy who explained what the car needed and how much it would cost. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was completed in one day and works well. The kindness and knowledge of Jeremy was exceptional. I will be going back for service again when needed.

Excellent service! The business name totally explains who they are: Honest-1 Auto Care They took care of me when I most needed it for my auto crisis. I highly recommend them. Every interaction I've had with them is everything you would want when dealing with getting your vehicle fixed. And to top it off they even supplied me with a loaner car. It just doesn't get any better than this. After enduring a nightmare from an oil change gone bad at "VIOC" and almost ruining my engine, I found a business I can trust at Honest-1 Auto Care. It felt wonderful to finally drive my car with confidence knowing it was fixed correctly by Honest-1....way to go guys....keep up the good work!!

The customer service was Awesome!!! Nate was very Helpful!!! Called in the morning to see if I could get a appointment for a oil change. They got me in right away.. Would like to Thank the Helper Bees in the back.. LoL!!! (They did the work) I will definitely be going back!!

I've used these guys in the past and they are honest and competent. My battery went dead when I was getting I'll ng my hair cut across the street from them. They came and jumped the battery and I drove to their shop. They checked the starting systems and replaced the battery in a half hour. GREAT AUTO REPAIR SHOP!

Not real pleased that I was quoted an "out the door " price and at pick up "out the door" they jacked the price up by $300 for a broken lug bolt. Which their mechanic broke.
So no I would not recommend them to anyone!! They should change their name.

They live up to the name of honest, work with you to get what you want out of the services. They are good communicators and open about pricing options, necessary vs nice to have, and what possible next steps may be. They keep you informed and I never had any pressure to upsell on anything. Theyve always been good to me. Nate Kaar helped me most recently and was great.

They were quick and up front about their services. I made an appointment one night, and the next morning received confirmation. They called and gave me the estimate and explained everything before starting service. Then, they were done quicker than expected and everything was running smoothly! And they were friendly the whole time :)

Was told they don't carry synthetic blend oil anymore when I was handing them their store coupon for it so I was upsold to full synthetic which of course is double the price then the counter guy acted like he was doing me a favor to match the higher coupon price. I also didn't get the inspection service promised on the coupon which is why I went to them in the first place. Very disappointed in the whole process and will be finding another company for my next service.
