This is the BEST holiday I have ever been to! Heather and Charlie are amazing! Definitely deserve a raise!! They always keep things stocked, and clean. I've been there a few times during the morning and I've heard multiple times the "manager" bad mouthing her employees. Other than that it's an awesome store!

Stopped in to fill up my tank. I paid at the pump, so didn't interact with any employees. The outside of the store was clean and free of trash.

Recently went to holiday on 11/20/23 between 2:10- 2:30pm. I went to a pump to pump gas, and it approved my card but wouldn’t let me pump regular gas, i went inside to inform them to cancel my transaction and was told it would “cancel in 2-3 minutes on its own” even though I was urging them and also stated I didn’t want someone to drive up to the pump after I leave and start pumping my gas if it doesn’t cancel out right away and they reassured me it would. so I went to another pump, and it started declining my card, went inside to pay and it declined. While leaving because I was on the clock at work and rushing to get something handled I noticed someone ended up going to the pump after me and pumped gas, that made a transaction on my card of 29.97 cents. I called the location, and was informed I would get a refund if I came in the following morning. I came in the following morning and was told I would not get a refund unless I call a help desk number. I called them and they continued to call me and the store back and fourth to get the full story. I was told the cashier had different details in his story. I gave them time frames and told them to check the security camera and phone calls if they are recorded to prove that I was robbed and it was on holidays watch and their fault and I should be getting reimbursed. Spoke to corporate multiple times who informed me that the cashier was in the wrong but will have to investigate and can’t guarantee I will get a refund. I then had another call before the end of the day stating I should be receiving a refund 24-48 hours and if I didn’t see it by 4 pm today to call. Honestly I’m exhausted and I was done bogus. I had to leave with my tank on E, risk breaking down, and my account went negative because I had less than the transaction that was made, and only planned to use 20-25 dollars and almost a 30 dollar transaction was made on my card. I am now being told I possibly won’t get a refund then told I would see one today and never received it. I will never go to this location again. Do not pay at the pumps, they do not care to cancel transactions and will risk you moving to another pump, and have someone go to the old pump you were at and pump your gas, then not reimburse you!!! Thankyou to Leonard from the Circle K help desk, for doing all he could. He clearly saw holidays employee and cashier was in the wrong. I will be reporting this to corporate and the better Business Bureau!?

Shop here often..usually no line at checkout. Friendly morning staff, manager, and overnight employees. Some of the afternoon shift could learn the importance of proper manners like "Please and thank you" rather than not saying anything at all...I'm not saying you have to go as far as being one of those Kwik Trip robots with their annoying "See ya next time" catch phrase but saying nothing at all is far worse from a consumer standpoint. If I'm inconveniencing you by shopping at your place of employment to ensure that you a receive a paycheck for the little bit of work you do...GOOD ?. I will be sure to come in with a ton of lottery transactions, fuel coupons, and maybe get a fishing/hunting license or 2 just to piss you off. End of rant. Keep up the good work....most of you!

Second best gas station in Minnesota. Kwick-Trip is better for meal offerings and single person groceries. I don't understand their membership program, its always illusive information.
