They have what need. They have good deals and sale prices. Some of their tools are priced too high. Overall, though, I'm satisfied with everything thing else.

I would leave lower review if possible. The staff, especially the supervisor are completely inept. Typically, I am able to find what I need there for a low price. Today I tried to return an item. The young man at the counter wasn’t sure how to do it; I figure he’s new, no big deal. Then the supervisor came. Horrible. She couldn’t figure it out either. I was unable to return my unopened, unused item because they don’t know how to do their job.

Refused a return 2 days after purchase when I had original receipt and purchased item at said location because "you have to provide a phone number at checkout to be able to return things"
Nowhere on the receipt does it state this not to mention pretty sure that's illegal.

Good store for cheap tools, but you need to be careful what you buy here. I, personally, would not get a lot of their power tools, but this is my go-to place for accessories, storage items, and lots of other smaller things. They have amazing prices and an incredible selection of things…a lot of things you would be surprise they even have. This specific store has a nice staff, clean and convenient location with plenty of parking.

Lotsa cool stuff, quality has improved, but prices have also standardized. I enjoy browsing and finding some treasures. Location and staff are wonderful, patrons seem nice too everything I've visited
