I had an excellent experience at this shop. I had all 4 tires and had an alignment done. The tires I ordered from them arrived the next day. The shop guys were very pleasant and service done in just over an hour. Well done.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I went to this location just before a road trip for brake service and an oil change. The service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and informative of what services my car needed before the long drive. Joe, the location manager, was outstandingly thorough in his attentiveness to my concerns and questions. I would highly recommend this place to get your vehicle serviced.Services: Auto brake repair

If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I even start? I had bought full set of tires for a eco van and a Lexus suv last year, they told me I would get a $200 refund on the mail some sort of Visa card- I never did! When I called them to ask what happened they said “to wait longer” to this day I have yet to receive the “Visa card”Fast forward to yesterday, I called them because when I purchased my tires I purchased a “warranty” for the tires which the guy that sold it to me said they would replace the tire if I ever got a nail or a damaged tire. I got a big screw on my tire yesterday asked them if they could replace it they said “yes” the guy didn’t even check to see if they had my tire in stock until I asked him to check. Unfortunately, they did not so he said he would order it and have it in by today 6/21/2023 at 9 am. So, at 8:30 am I called the office to confirm the tire was in and was told they didn’t have me on the schedule for today and there were no tires ordered. But he said he had one in stock and could replace it, when I arrived we found out they had lost my nut lock key the last time I had it in for service. He tried charging me $65 dlls to force the anti theft screw out - so he wanted me to pay for something they lost plus he wanted to mess up my vehicle… yeah I don’t think so! I had to drive to the Lexus dealership to purchase a new one. They told me they were not replacing the tire only “patching” it, I would not have been so mad if they had told me that yesterday when I called to ask about the replacement, or this morning when I called to ask if the tire was in stock… but him just being rude and condescending was very upsetting to me. I would not recommend this store, since it lacks responsibility for their promises and actions. I paid for a 3 year alignment service and they also refused to perform an alignment when I requested one. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at this location.

Manager needs to stop blaming their team members on everything. He is responsible to make sure they are supported and successful. Partner with them not point fingers. Overheard them.

Elite group of professionals. A+ service! Kent has an amazing team of skilled, organized professionals. They took my dead battery problem and made a snack of it. Was back on the road within an hour of coming to them. They also installed 4 tires on my wife's vehicle recently and did an amazing job doing so. Highly recommended.Services: Battery
