I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Never bring your vehicle to Classic Collision for repairs as they’re a bunch of hacks. They took my truck in for repairs in August and I was given my truck back in October. Unfortunately they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to suspensions, alignments, and just about every other thing possible. I was delivered a truck that was misaligned, sensors were mounted incorrectly which caused my ride height to be off, damaged radiator, damaged right rear tire, and multiple other issues. My truck has been back to Classic 12 times since October and they’re clueless. I finally made them bring it to the dealership which they fixed the issues. Classic uses outside vendors that have zero idea what they’re doing as well. Classic is so bad that they didn’t even order my truck frame for 30 days after they said that they did. They’ve turned over reps, mechanics, and gm’s. Go anywhere besides here if you want to save yourself months of headaches, lost work time, and if you want your vehicle to function correctly

My experience was truly exceptional! I encountered an issue with my vehicle, but it was promptly resolved, and each time I brought my truck in, it returned to me even cleaner than when I dropped it off. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. While I don't often require autobody repairs, if the need arises in the future, I will undoubtedly return here.

Brought my vehicle in for repair after a run in with a deer.
They did a superior job, my suv looks brand new, and not only did they repair it, they detailed my vehicle which I hate to admit was filthy. An unexpected surprise!
Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Would definitely recommend!!

Brought my van in for minor accident damage and some "out of pocket" dents. Had it for 2 weeks and never even touched the dents. They were all about the insurance claim. Said it was a paperwork mistake. Didn't offer any solution, didn't seem to care. I gave them 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option.

Robert did a great job of keeping me informed of the repairs they were done In a timely manner. The car looks brand new. Pick up and check out was also very efficient the front desk staff was very friendly.

Customer Service rep had not answered the email he requested. It was literally 10 days later that I got a partual response. The estimate I received from a competitor did not include the prices he wanted to see for labor and such. Recommend you go elsewhere.
