They have a big sale table where you got to shlep the stuff to the counter so the put out clerk can tell you the price. Which you find out is maybe 10% off. Also you better bring up the box it was in so's they can get the code. All the gaffers tape was spoiled so I returned next day. Wait til the fools that bought it find out months from now. These clerks look so put out that I don't want to return out of pity. This business should be: order on the web pick up and pay there. I'm not a contractor so maybe this place is way bigger than me. But is my money? Will return.

Worker who worked there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to help me look up the parts I wanted, so I had to go back home to look them up on their website. When I returned the next day, he gave me attitude again and wouldn't help me order the parts.
