I have had the worst experience here. I brought my car in on a Sunday night for an appointment for Monday, called the following day since now one reach out to update me about my car and the whole next week at that! It came to the point where I was calling so often I felt that I was being a bother or a nuisance at that point. I was also told that they looked at my car and they found the problem and when I called and yesterday I was told that my car wasn’t even looked at. Communication was beyond poor half of the times I called to the shop i was redirected to voicemail and still no call back….. so currently my car has been sitting untouched weeks until yesterday i finally went and picked it up and no shocker it was no fixed after prompting me, my car would be fixed last Thursday. overall, Dan was a nice guy when I got in touch with him, but the business here is poor, very unprofessional overall, if you were looking for For a fast efficient shop this is not the place overall very disappointed beyond words.

Great customer service. Took my truck to be looked at after I heard a getting noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Their technician went for a ride with me and we were able to narrow it down to an issue with the 4 wheel drive. I was able to replace a simple part based on that diagnosis and fix the issue.

Been going to dans for a few years now. It's not often I find a guy I can drop they keys off with an not have to worry about the service. Anything he's done has been spot on with what's been agreed upon.

Dan replaced the transmission on our Nissan Altima successfully after two trips to his shop, but he charged near 1000 more than estimated. Much of the time he cites conversations with my spouse that never happened. Initially he said he was going to charge us 4600 to 4800 but ended up charging around 5737. He also charged us 194 surcharge which we find out is for using a credit card. Had we know we could have used some other sort of payment. There is nothing on the walls of his shop that talks about this surcharge and he did not mention it.

They were not fast or communicative on the first repair I had done there. That repair seems to have gone well. The second time I brought my vehicle there it sat for 6 weeks without any numbers about what it would cost to repair. I had to call them to check in constantly with no call back. I eventually picked my vehicle up with no repairs done. This may be a quality shop if you can get the owner to care about customer service. I would never go back here.

Have been looking for a new mechanic since we moved into the area. Dan is a good guy and they treated me very fairly. We have four vehicles and they have earned our business.

Very friendly, fair pricing that they discuss with you up front, skilled mechanics that won't gouge you!

DO NOT GO HERE! here is my experience with Dan's complete automotive care. Spoke with Dan and scheduled an appointment for my 1979 Pontiac trans am two weeks out as he was booked at the time. Scheduled for Monday May 15th. He recommended I tow vehicle in the Friday before so he could get to it first thing Monday. I paid to have vehicle towed in and had it there the Friday before as recommended. Did not hear anything from Dan the following week and called to follow up. Was told he did not have time and would look at it the next week. That following week I received no updates. Called the shop and was told Dan would return my call. A week later still no call back and I called the shop again to be told Dan would return my call. This pattern continued for for four weeks . I finally got a hold of Dan on June 9th and told him I am ready to just pick my vehicle up and bring to a shop that would do the work when it was scheduled and could get me right in. He assured me he wasn't blowing me off and that is was next car on schedule for Monday. Well Monday came and the entire next week received zero updates. on Friday June 16th I went to the shop to find my car sitting in the grass on the side of the shop now filthy and untouched.. had again to pay to have towed out of shop and brought someplace that takes doing business seriously. Five weeks zero updates even though had an appointment. Zero professionalism , zero care for the customer . I worked in automotive industry for 25 years and have never seen anything like this . Not even an apology for wasting my time. Don't bring your classic here just to have it sit outside and be neglected . There are plenty of shops that would appreciate and respect you as a customer. Not sure why so highly reviewed my Guess is posted by friends or the shop itself. Good luck to you all in your journey with your classics hope this helps you out .

My 59 willey jeep was initially taken in for radiator hoses, starting issue and oil leak. Those items were taken care of in two weeks. I asked if they noticed anything else, and they mentioned brakes. I asked them to wait till I got back with them. I forgot, and 3 weeks passed. I had to call them everything to get updates and inquire about progress. I gave them the okay to get the wheel cylinders fixed and brakes. 4 months later, I called them. They did not explain what exactly they were waiting on, and no progress was made as far as I knew. I attempted to call several times and was told Dan would call back. That did not happen. Finally, after emailing a couple of times, I received a response. It was going to take a couple more weeks to get done. I emailed in a couple weeks, and they said it would be ready May 22nd. I went to pick it up Friday the 26th of May. I paid the bill and went out to start the Jeep, it didn't start. I had to use my jumper boxes to get it stared. The wing nut was missing on the airfilter, also. So we were able to get it started, and I drove for a out a mile. It died. The battery was dead, and the generator was not charging. We jumped it again and got about another mile. It died at a stop sign. We tried to start it again. We jumped the battery, and that was about an hour. Still wouldn't start. The carborTor was leaking full, and the barrel was still dead. I had to call AAA TO GET IT TOWED to storage. The brakes pulled to the right, and they replaced my hoses and ignition, which it might have needed. Fixed the leak and changed brake lines. No t happy.
