I visited this CVS within an hour of closing so I expected to see some stuff out for restocking shelves. However I felt a little uneasy with just one person in the store working. It felt more like a gas station than your typical pharmacy/convenience store in the sense that the cashier was visible while stocking the shelves but at the same time I felt more comfortable using the self checkout rather than stop them from having them stock the shelves. I understand a business doesn't want to pay someone to stand and do nothing but it still felt a little odd. It would be nice if some training was done to acknowledge people leaving in case they want to check out with a person and not a machine.

Why does it show pharmacy hours open until 9pm and called at 7:30 pm and VMware said it’s closed. Time to transfer my scripts to another provider.

I made an appointment and checked in via the link as asked. Waited in the pharmacy as directed. When I arrived I was the only one if two people in the pharmacy. I had gotten there at 12:10 for a 12:30 apt. At one point I was told to check in at the drop off counter even though they had my checkin via link.
Watched the pharmacist help several others who came in after me. Including checking them out. One of the other staff started checking out the people he was helping and told him he had a vaccine waiting. He said ok and went over and started filling prescriptions. Not just one but several! She asked him about it again, he said go ahead and give it or I can if you want. Then he went back to filling prescriptions.
She had already got the shot ready for him. It was very disrespectful and I will likely not come back to this CVS for anything. Really so rude ! Thank you to the female staff that finally gave the Vaccination!

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced. Incredibly rude and frustrating customer service people with no personality. I wonder if CVS in Rhode Island has ever given any kind of training to these poorly disqualified people. It’s easier to just have them pick up the phone and say”no, we cannot help you.” You could run this on a continuous loop. What a joke!!! Awful, awful business. Management should be embarrassed. Yuck, take your business to Costa Rico or Equador.
Shame on your company for being so incredibly incompetent. If anyone has the slightest amount of decency send this to your CEO and have him/her contact me directly. If a hospital doesn’t do anything it should spread disease. Horrible place.

would give 0 stars if possible. switched our prescriptions here this summer. they lose track of refills sent by providers, when I've called they get confused on which prescription to fill when the provider pre-sends multiple months of refills, even when you give them the exact RX number and there's a backorder of the meds and they put your script in a queue it somehow falls out of the queue.When I called to explain the issue and ask how/why it happens staff are rude, can't or won't comprehend what I say and then they end up just saying they don't have an answer for you.I'll be switching our family's pharmacy to somewhere else.

We having been filling prescriptions here for years and will start looking into other options. Wait times are brutal, unfriendly staff (which makes sense if they are understaffed and getting frustrated customers often). I have also had issues with a medication not being filled but because they are out of stock, but no one tells me this.. so when I go to pick up even days later they tell me they can’t fill it but also cannot transfer to a different pharmacy, which then I have to call the doctor after I track down a pharmacy who carries it to fill it there, which can take a lot of time depending on how long it then takes the doctor to respond and then call a new one in. I also have gotten prescriptions for sick kids and myself and called ahead of time to make sure I can pick them up, they said they hadn’t started (which is why I call because I know they wouldn’t have yet) but when I get there to pick up (almost 2 hours later the most recent time) they still have not filled it. Again, this has happened on multiple occasions.I’m sick, kids are sick or I have kids with me..I believe if this pharmacy staffed more appropriately they wouldn’t have the issues that they have.

20 minute wait at drive through with one car in line. Walmart seems to be a better option just down the road.

I've been using this pharmacy since we moved into the area 3 years ago. At first it was great service, prescriptions ready when promised and good hours. Now, like all business they are very understaffed. The hours are reduced and it makes it difficult to get there if you work. Last time I went to pick up a prescription they didn't have it in stock. when I went to pick it up they gave me the other prescriptions and never mentioned they didn't have it.When I asked about it there was No offer to check to see if other stores had it in stock and "no idea" when I would be able to get it. Will be transferring my business elsewhere.

Good luck trying to get anything from this pharmacy. I’ve called 2x a day for the last 5 days and no one answers. Ever. I was waiting for 20 minutes on average before giving up. I only needed to ask if they had one of my medications in stock that was out of stock at my other regular CVS. Oh well.
