I usually go to the Northtown South location but was in the area. Wednesday afternoon and all but one thing I need was stocked. The 3 in one fresh herbs were out. Tried to buy all 3 separately and the rosemary looked iffy and was expensive ($3 for one sprig!) With lots of moisture in the clamshell pkg. No Essential vegetable broth and the other broths were picked over. Had to settle for chicken broth. The sourdough loaf in the bakery was out. Settled for a round uncut loaf. My daughter was not happy! The precut carrots "best if used by" date was tomorrow. They were all slimy in the bag. Ugh. Not worth it!Sometimes this location is sometimes convenient and newer/cleaner but I will drive to my worn out but we'll stocked Northtown location when looking for specialty items.

Not only did I wait 40 min for a pickup where I was the only car but they gave me expired cottage cheese today. (9/24/2023)Are you kidding me? This cub is garbage. Go to a different one.

Have been shopping at this location since it opened. Much closer than going to Northtown location and fighting the crowds. Produce, deli and meat all good. 2 negatives. Shopped today ($400 order) and found that they no longer provide paper bags with handles. Sounds petty but for an older person to carry-into house and up stairs-much more difficult to handle bags without handles. Also, in relation to handicap parking arrangements. I have had 7 heart procedures and park with a handicap placard. No cart returns near the designated parking spots. If it was easy for me to walk an additional 5 cars away to return cart it would be different. People with those special plates or placards have them for a reason. Makes it difficult to be a good citizen and return the carts to the cart corral. A little more thought about customer convenience would be appreciated!

Choosing this grocery store has been based on convenience. Have found cashiers to be friendly, however, customer service lacks people skills. Today was the last chance for this dying grocery store chain. Picked up our food order and when we got home, discovered our $8.00/bag of green grapes was filled with rotten grapes. Not just a few, but to the point where if I were the grocer I would have been embarrassed to have them on the shelf. Allowing others to shop for our order, takes trust. None here. To their credit, they did reimburse after a bit of a discussion about a receipt, even thought it was within the hour we had picked up the order. Not once acknowledging with an apology they provided us with a gross product. Not impressed.

Pleased with service and all my questions were answered. Make sure you go to your preferred provider to get the lowest price. I always wait a day before picking up my prescription. Then I know it will be ready. Pharmacist are very busy with so many orders to fill. You have to be patient. They want to be sure the medications are filled correctly.

I went to two Cub stores in Blaine looking for the 120 count Alli which there is a $10 digital coupon. Neither store said they didn’t carry it, couldn’t tell me which Cub stores in the area carried it or how much it cost! What a poor way of doing business! On my way to Walmart to buy it!

People that are employed in the facility or absolutely completely Clueless and have absolutely no clue what they are doing whatsoever especially The Butchers they don't even know a beef tenderloin from a filet from a t-bone steak from a ribeye save your money and drive to Lunds or Byerly's it is definitely worth the trip if you are trying to complete recipes that require distinct cuts of meat. Complete shithole!

I went here today second time I've been to this location very nice store. I met a deli worker named Lori she was very nice and gave me my fried chicken leg. Store overall was very clean and easy layout for such a small location. Love cub!!
