My phone had been shattered. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance that is offered. When I received my new phone, I took both to the store. The store manager was awesome. She was friendly and polite. It was obvious that she enjoys her job, and wasn't annoyed with my not knowing what to do. Not only did she activate my new phone and get my number activated, but she helped me get all my stuff downloaded from my old phone on to my new one, within a matter of minutes. It would have taken me hours, if not days, or ever. Thank you.

Sales representative was more interested in texting on her smartphone. The store only had us as customers. Her manner and appearance was sloppy and unprofessional.

Went there to switch…everything was fine until payment. I wanted the 55$ plan, told the guy twice about this, the guy rang me up for the 60$ plan. I told him I wanted the 55$, still he rang me up for the 60$ then tried to give me a bogus explanation of why he was charging me the 60$. I work in retail and I’ve worked for commission so I know when something do sounds right.

service is too slow here can never just go in and get out super fast. employees don't seem to want to work so they move like snails with no motivation what so ever.

Most of the cricket stores, the people just sell you stuff .
they have No knowledge or very little knowledge on how to fix a phone .

Just recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 and 5G not impressed can’t send picture messages after the last update and most apps won’t open unless I shut down and restart and even then half the time that doesn’t work I am seriously considering going back to my previous cellular provider do better cricket

Disappointed. The associate was sitting down in a chair in the back with her phone when I walk in and had no motivation to sell me the phone. I knew exactly what I was looking for.. which was a prepaid phone but, her lack of energy disappoints me a lot! When she didn’t even explain promotions didn’t ask if I was on a a different provider. If she would have been good I probably would have switched and even brought a 2nd phone. I was looking for a prepaid phone with a new number but it’s prepaid come on.. being someone who has worked in this type of work industry she could have a least asked if I was coming back because I forgot my Id clearly knowing I don’t need an id for prepaid. She didn’t sell me over an id.. Let me walked out with out knowing options
