I'd like to say thank you!
Brought my vehicle in after accidently taking my fender off.
I made multiple inquiries on a Thursday evening and got called first thing Friday morning. Complete Auto Service was the only one of 3 shops to call me back.
They offered me a same day appointment but I was unable to make it. We then scheduled it for Monday morning. They allowed me to drop it off after hours in order to assist with my busy schedule.
While the Jeep was in the shop they called me periodically to give me updates.
When I searched how much fender clip repair was on the internet- it varied quite a bit. My research said anywhere from $300-$2000 and possibly more dependant on the damaged. CAS quoted me $200 and then when I picked up the Jeep.. It was even less!
Great service. Friendly employees. I'll definitely be back.... Just hopefully not to fix my bumper again!
Thank you kindly - I've had a run of bad luck, awful service, and life has been hectic. It was a sigh of relief to have my vehicle in such good hands.

These haughty folks make you feel inferior. The car you drive is inferior, Your knowledge of your auto is inferior. Your time and efforts are inferior to theirs. The fact that your machine even needed repair makes you inferior. It puts you on the apolgetic defensive, steals your dignity, all the while you're moped out looking at the floor. Trying to adjust. With machines, no matter how conscientious you are they still gonna break. Why do you guys add insult to injury? Folks go to a mechanic hoping for the best but nervously are prepare for the worst. Could it be that the service folks aren't aware how scared people are? Intelligent folks usually wait for an obvious breakdown not rattles and such. Maybe they're sadistic. Do they ask "do you want the old parts"? NO, you got to tell them. " Do they suggest you test the car before you pay"? NO. Unless you embarrass yourself by asking. Insinuating that your a jerk and don't trust them. .. Do they offer to show you the repair before or after? NO. Do they have phone cams, snake cams, to show you that your not to blame and that everything mechanical is subject to breakdowns? NO. Do they refer to any Mitchell guides when quoting labor price? NO. Do they ever ask "is there any concerns you have no matter how stupid it is"? OH HELL NO. How about the snide way they let you know that further work should be done at the bottom of the bill? Now you start to pray. Confidence men; when you lack confidence in them it's your bad. I went out of my way to humble myself to them all, tipped them all, just to feel like an inferior dumbski. I've given them thousands of dollars over the years. ENUF! If I'm not returning it's 1 star cause I had to make a plan to leave you. They will tell you"yeah your vehicle is like that" when you still have spongy brakes. Shaming and blaming. And to top it off, violence? If I had read the bad reviews I wouldn't have done business here.

Tony and Jared took care of my truck - under budget and much quicker than I anticipated.
They were upfront about what was wrong and transparently told me that there might be other issues but they wouldn’t know until they did the initial repairs.
I was expecting additional issues.
However, they fixed my brakes and the truck runs great and they didn’t need to do additional work. I share this, because I would have paid for additional work. And I believe this is a testament to their character and the type of business they operate. They conduct themselves with honesty and transparency.
I’ll be coming here for all automotive needs moving forward

I went in for an oil change and I was 99% certain that I needed brakes and an air filter. They called me and told me that my air filter was clean and did not need to be replaced as well as my brakes; still had a fair amount of life left. I was happily surprised to find that level of honesty. A+

I am so happy I took my vehicle in for a second opinion to Complete Auto. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership for a very specific concern of shaking while I was breaking. I was quoted 2500 dollars worth of fixes. I called Complete Auto to see what their quote would be for the fixes and they provided me with one but encouraged me to have an inspection because my problem did not sound like what I was initially quoted for from the dealership. Long story short, they saved me 2k and fixed what I was complaining of, explaining all the other items are not related to the shaking nor dire to fix. Very grateful for their honesty!

Have been there 3-4 times in the past two years! The guys have been very helpful and friendly very knowledgeable, have given out there cards to a lot of my friends and family!

I had a rare break problem, and they got me in right away, it was a faulty part and they honored the warranty put in new pieces and I was on my way in a couple of hours. Great service.

Good place to deal with. So far, it's good if a place can still be up front and honest about stuff. And not try ripping people off.. they have done a good job.
